Good Customer Service

It is great that Big O does nitrogen tire fill. You need to indicate if in the rating 1 thru 5 what is good, 5 I presume but I like being number 1.

Prompt service and friendly staff

We had brakes replaced on the two rear wheels at Big O, and they did not last 15 months. We brought the car back to Big O Tires, and Cameron Smith worked diligently to make sure we had all warranty parts and and anything else replaced or repaired. We discussed how the pads and components should have lasted well over the 15 months, and when i went in to pick up the car they said there was no charge, even though the labor warranty had expired three months prior. Thank you Big O Tires for the outstanding service! We have been with you for two decades and will continue to do business for decades to come!

The service I received was completed in the time promised, staff were very friendly and I was not charged for my flat repair, which was a pleasant surprise!

In addition to servicing my vehicle, they found my keys that I dropped in the parking lot. Further, a primary reason I went there was because my elderly father stopped by the store once with a flat non-Big O tire and he was very happy with the way they treated him and for fixing the flat at no cost. That type of courtesy and kindness is why I spend thousands at this store to maintain my vehicles and plan to continue to do so.

I had a big bolt in a tire and was worried I'd get a flat. I took it in, was told it would take 1-2 hours and that they thought they could patch the tire. I didn't have an appt. and as usual, my problem was taken care of easily, for free.

These guys are Great. They are very professional and always get the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend them to get the job done.
