Big O Tires

Don't want to waste my time writing comments since you guys didn't care that your customer waited over hour and 45 min to get valve replace that you guys didn't fix began with....

Your Big O in Louisville is a rip off. Personally, I have stopped going to this store because of the prices that they charge for services. In addition the customer service is very, very poor. An oil change is less than half the price at your Big O in Longmont. The customer service in Longmont is fantastic. However, I was unwilling to drive so far for the service so I have moved all of our other vehicles to another business for tires and service. If your Longmont store was closer to my home I would still be shopping there. However, no one at the Louisville store gives a dam about this issue or customer server. This store SUCKS!

Matt, you need to review the behavior of your employees more carefully. Since purchasing 4 Big O snow tires for my Buick in 2016 I have seen your level of service go steadily down hill. Adam helped me choose the snow tires, was very helpful and very positive during all followups. However, as I began to rotate those tires with my regular tires, I've found your people disinterested, almost antagonistic. In addition, I came to BO to have some tires (purchased elsewhere) mounted and balanced on my light truck. Your salesman refused service with some gobbledegook about "different tire radii damaging my differential". I then drove down the road 1/4 mile and had the tires mounted without comment. Imagine my interest in purchasing more tires from BO? I'm not sure what's going on with some of your salesmen - their abrupt, disinterested, almost hostile attitudes seem to reflect significant unhappiness with their jobs. Maybe you should let them go - they certaintly aren't building your business!

I came to get my TPP program balance and tire rotation. Got done in a reasonable time. And for the first time, on this my second set of Michelins, I was given a detailed explanation of what the plan covers being having the need of on the road assistance for so little as just being out of gasoline to needing a flat repair at an out of network facility and even being covered on a towing charge should I need it. Very nice plan that TPP. . I like your survey format of all the questions being on the same page as I will only do once the ones that make you go to the next page after every single check box before you actually get to the end of it. . 20 year customer and have noticed a marked downhill slide at this store. Went in today with a slow leak in a Big O Tire. Technician filled tire with air and sent me on my way. Pull over in the shopping center parking lot to check tire myself and found the screw causing the leak. This is not the service I expect and is the last straw. I will not return.

Great service - understanding: I used them Saturday am and they were very quick to get my car done.

We decided to give Big O Tires our service for a conventional oil change on our 2013 Suzuki. At this point, I am completely dissatisfied with the work and customer service. I expected a tire rotation, as is standard with most oil changes and also advertised for Big O Tires, and was informed that the tires weren't rotated since I didn't request it. This was after waiting an hour for the scheduled oil change. So what was done in an hour? Zero feedback provided on the condition of the vehicle and no tire rotation. I have my doubts that the oil and filter were even changed. We know our vehicle is in the need of an alignment and were hoping to have this done at Big O Tires, but clearly this would be a mistake. A dissapointing use of time and money.

Everyone is shocked that Big O was able to complete a valve cover replacement service on my Jetta. I was only mildly surprised, as I've been a satisfied customer for years.

We will never do business with Big O tires again. You have finally and definitively lost our trust, and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

So at the Indian Harbour store the people who work there are cocky assholes. Dropped my car off at 12:30 and they said it'd be done mid afternoon, they didn't give me a time and I didn't have an appointment. They never called me or left a voicemail saying it was done, but they told my mom they did call me and I did t answer. Then when my mom picks up her car she says the mechanic must have just smoked before getting it because it smelled like smoke. Basically never going back there

I was looking to have my ATV tires mounted. After calling discount tire and found that they could taco on my rims, I found this was something Big O specialized in. Not only did they mount my tires but give me a smoking deal at just 20. Great job guys.

564-383-3051 is this number legit? I have a tire warranty they are refusing to honor and a story worthy of scott pelley. Stay tuned for undercover visits once i tell press if games dont stop. Repeatedly quoted different prices, then when coming in store trolles to a much higher price. It appears the car guys are colluding to make it look as if they are considering me for a job. Then basically teasing me and breaking the car. I can only imagine the golden rule of not complaining against one of them or they all gang up. Its very odd. Very very odd, with me suffering several visits without then logging or properly fixing the plug. Now there is a refusal to honor the lifetime warranty. Gator chrysler bought one tire, took a patched one back and then that same dot patched one i was told is now back on the car, this is also odd and documented i hope. Can i get a full record of visits from all stores sent to me. Please honor the tire warranty on atleast one tire, the one patched 3 times now and still leaking. I have an insurance claim on another ill pay for if necessary but i wont the ware and tear on other two compensated fairly on my AWD vehicle. Being all wheel drive i prefer 4 to match tread ware as advised. Il

From the first phone call to set the appointment, to paying for the service and picking up the keys, the customer service is excellent!!!

Service was performed very quickly, with no problems.

Thanks to the staff for checking into a suspected bead leak... they smoothed the rim channel and remounted the tire at no charge. I'll keep an eye on it over the next couple of weeks to see how well this worked.
