Fixed my problem for free! I was thrilled!

Let's just put it like this. I live in Kansas City and I travel to Colorado a few times a year for various reasons. I would rather bring my truck to CO, and have it serviced here, with the people I know and trust, than try to find that same level of service here in KC.

Bre and Yoyo were extremely helpful. I had a piece of metal in my tire that had to be removed. They checked it, removed it, and I was on my way in no time. The tire did not need to be patched. Thank you.

I came in for a last-minute flat tire and they were able to take care of my car immediately and quickly.

I drove north 800 miles, and had to stop twice to air up my tires (and I'm 58 years old and wearing a dress). I Googled and found the Big O store in Louisville where my daughter lives, and asked if I could get in and have nitrogen put in my tires, and be out within an hour-I had a plane to catch. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, and the tech reps were VERY courteous and friendly. Thank you to everyone there-best customer service experience I've had in ANY industry in a long time!
