I have been a costumer for several years, and have bought both my snow tires and all weather tires there during this period of time. I was told that changing both snow tires to all weather and visa versa ... I would not be charge for this service since I bought my tires there and they have also done several car services for me: exceeding $800 over the past year+. In any case ... they charged me $50 last winter - to put on my winter (snow) tires, and then ... after asking before bringing my car in yesterday to be sure they wouldn't charge me again ... they charged me $50 to change my winter tires back to the all weather tires. I have been a regular costumer but will never, ever return to Big0 Tires in Lewisville.

I just invested in wheels and pressure sensors so as to take advantage of your policy of free seasonal swaps of my new snow tires. Your store personnel had 3 opportunities as I shopped for and had you install the wheels/sensors (you weren't price competitive so they were purchased elsewhere) to tell me I needed special pressure sensors to qualify for the free seasonal swaps and yet they never mentioned this till after you installed them at which time I was told the seasonal swaps weren't free because I had the wrong pressure sensors. I haven't been this mad at or disgusted with a retailer ever. You're personnel are either incompetent, poorly trained, or tried to scam me. Regardless of which, this is inexcusable and I won't be recommending you.

I had come to this store right before they opened to have my tires rotated. I expected a long wait given the number of cars already parked outside but I was very pleased to have my service completed within 30 minutes! This definitely exceeded my expectations!

I've been coming to Big O Tires for at least the last 6 years. I dropped my truck off for service on Tuesday morning (11/15/16) to have your team look at my rotors because my truck has been shaking very hard the last couple of weeks as I come to a stop and thought it might be my rotors. I also wanted an oil change while it was dropped off. When I picked the truck up that evening, the guys said the rotors were okay and quoted me on new front-end brakes and rotors. That was all fine and I was happy enough, though I didn't feel like I got a very answer as to what was causing the shaking due to my brakes. THE PROBLEM started the next day when i smelled oil burning on my way to work. I parked my truck to take the bus and thought it couldn't have been my car I was smelling. Later that night when I got back to my truck, I noticed a huge river of oil flowing out from it. I called BIG O and they said to bring it back in and they would look at it first thing on Thursday. I brought it in this morning, they got the truck back to me a little over an hour. My truck engine had been covered in oil from the day before due to the oil change I got at Big O. The guy working told me that it was a faulty filter they installed and they gave my free wipers to compensate for my time and mistake. I was grateful for the wipers and felt like no big deal and go on my way. NOW, i get out to my truck and my truck won't start at all. I went in and told the service guy and walked out with me to look it over. We lifted up the hood and there was water and left over oil everywhere on my engine from where they had just tried to spray off all the oil that gone on there. The starter has been screwed up as of this morning since I brought in because of all the water/moisture that put on it. We had to literally run and jump the truck to get it started and the service worker (Cameron, who was awesome the whole time and trying to be helpful) told me to keep the engine running hot to try and get the moisture out of the starter. I have to get to work and catch a bus and have missed a couple hours of work. I drove the truck around for 20 minutes before parking it at the bus stop so I can commute to Denver. After I parked, the truck was dead again. Starter is fucked. I called Big O back, and Cameron said that the truck should work when I get back off the bus around 5 and the moisture should be gone. If not, Cameron said they would send someone over to help me jump my truck, which is great. BUT, if my starter is now screwed up due to this oil change and "clean up" with the water all over it, I'm screwed. I want to be assured that Big O is going to do more than just jump start my truck. I want you guys to fix the starter/replace it if necessary because this was not an issue I had ever had until I brought my truck in on Tuesday for an oil change. I will follow-up with you guys tonight, as soon as I get off the bus. But if my truck is not starting, I really want your team to fix my issue, free of charge. I've always felt like your team does a good job and your have good staff inside running the shop, but this has got to be fixed, because I don't have the money to fix something that was screwed up do to a bad oil change. -Thanks Matt Matt Moore 720.660.3590

Went in to have my winter tires taken off and summer tires put on - a reasonably simple service. All four tires were underinflated, costing me a big worry (and more money) the next day. With all due respect, that's unacceptable from any shop. Let alone a dedicated tire shop. The service advisors were nice and we had good conversation. However, the tech must not have been paying much attention to his work. I should have known there would be oversight when I saw that the tech left the vehicle AND the wheels/tires dirty.

Awful service. Quoted it would only take two hours. Reality took 7 and a half hours.

So, in January we were shown that our front wheels were worn and that we needed new tires We were told we had to replace all for for the best results Then we were told a wheel alignment was necessary to prevent that same wearing problem We got an alignment in February This august we went in for an oil changed and the front tires were worn again We were told that we need two new tires and a wheel alignment would have prevented that But why then did we buy four new tires in January and have a wheel alignment done that apparently changed nothing Was it done? Something seems very wrong here....

The team in Louisville, co are professional, friendly and VERY helpful. Their approach to troubleshoot an issue was about being helpful not about selling you something. Great customer service! I will consistently give them my business!

I had my winter tires swapped early in the summer. I had my summer tires in the back seat, and the tires where swapped. It wasn't until two days later I noticed a broken plastic handle placed in my passenger seat. It was the lever that pulls the back seats down. When I got my tires swapped whoever pulled the tires out of my car, broke the handle, saw it was broken, and put the broken pieces in my passenger seat, and didn't tell anyone about it. Because I noticed it several days after I got my tires swapped it was too late to notify Big O Tires about it. Turns out it will cost me $500 to fix this handle. I fear that employees are afraid to inform their piers of their mistakes for fear of losing their jobs. What if they made a mistake on the insulation of my tires? Are they going to hide it and wait for me to get into an accident?

A couple of months ago I had a oil change and got home there was a big pool of oil on my driveway. I had to put a quart of oil in just to drive back. They said it was the drain plug. They gave me a coupon for a free oil change so I took my car back in got to my Dad's house came out and again there was oil on the driveway again I went back! Again it was the drain plug! If I wouldn't have caught it it would have ruined my engine! No free oil change or anything else offered this time!! Needless to say it wouldn't have mattered I'll never be going back there!!

I was visiting from out of state, and I got a flat tire. They were helpful, friendly, and gave me a SIGNIFICANT discount on the tire patching! This was very surprising because they knew I was from out of town and do not give them significant return business. However, I now tell everyone I know in the area about my great experience at Big O tires, and highly recommend them to anyone in need. I have now driven more then 5,000 miles and the patch is still holding strong.....so their quality of work is superior as well!!!!

Family has been going to this store for many years. I bought a set of Big O AT for my truck over $1000 the tires are awesome. I went in a couple weeks ago to get them rotated the opening manager was a no show finally an hour and a half after open time another manager comes strolling in they finally open the doors after almost two hours of waiting. I get up to the counter and ask if I can get my tires rotated he said if you can leave it overnight we can get it done. What? There is not a single car in the bays you have five technicians standing around, and it's at most a ten minute job for an untrained person. I'm not going to be out my car for two days for a rotation are you kidding me. I've never gone to another place for my tire needs as Big O has always been spot on, however I'm seriously considering a new tire store with some actual customer service like the Louisville big o used to have.
