Dear Matt, When I came in to get my car repaired, I was told it would take about 2 hours. Instead, it took over eight hours, with very little communication from anyone. After it was over I was told the part had to be ordered twice. Then when I got home, the car was still leaking fluid. I paid over $200.00 for than repair and had to take it to the dealer to actually get it fixed properly and pay additional money for that work.When I brought it in to have someone look at the improper work you had done I was told I would need to make a future appointment.He did check to make sure my transmission fluid was full, but insisted I bring it back later to check the repair you had done.I never went back. In addition to that, your technician spilled transmission fluid on my engine, which I still smell. He told me it would burn off. He was wrong. I still have to pay someone to clean my engine. I don't plan on using your shop in the future.

The first time at came was great!! That's why I came back. This time I was disappointed!! They never ask what kinda oil, or anything about me or my car. I had to drive back because they said they turned a light off and they had not... I my find a different place and not recommend this place!! Not pleasedo at all!

Went to the Longmont, CO location and received absolutely terrible service. But since i have been a long time customer of Big O, I called the Louisville, CO location and they went out of their way to take care of my needs. Longmont has lost my business, Louisville gets my business now.

I brought my E350 in to have the brakes bled. I didn't have time so I brought it to you. they gave me multiple answers but never said they tried to bleed the brakes. Finally after a full day I picked up the my E350 took it home and bled my brakes. Once I had the tires off it took me 20 minutes. They gave me a run around for a full day. My wife was trying to leave by noon which was a time they promised it would be done. They never attempted and said the brakes went all the way to the floor. I knew that air compresses, hydraulics don't, maybe the technicians need to go back to school and understand why brakes need to be bled after a caliber is changed.

We've been getting tires here for at least 10 years, and they've been consistently nice and accommodating. Must have terrific management.

*Second person in line, watched them put a tire delivery away before even looking at my tire.* This is the fourth time we had brought the vehicle in,for the same tire. We just waited 2.5 hours to be told that the tire we had brought with us didn't actually work for our vehicle. FOURTH time in!!!!!We have spent about $30 on air. And four trips to Big O. Still have a tire leaking air. Bought the new tires from this Big O, and been having problems the entire time. I've brought my vehicle here since 2010. No more.

The team did a quick patch on my tire that had a nail in it for FREE! It took half an hour and works great.

Upon entering the Louisville store, and standing at one of the front service desks next to the door (where they would see and hear you come in the door), the service guy was working at his computer and never looked up to acknowledge me. While I waited, the phone rang, he answered it, had a conversation, hung up and then went back to his computer screen. At that point I counted to 30, waited for acknowledgement "� which never came, then turned around and walked back out. Never to return. I'm sure they are nice people, but, boy do they ever need some customer service training.

I have been a Big O customer for years and for the first time had my first bad experience at this location.Sadly I went it for an oil change and tire rotation after calling the store to verify wait time.I was advised I would be able to get in and out within 30 minutes.2-1/2 hours later I was still waiting having to leave with only the oil change completed.I will not use this location in the future.

I went in to get my first tire rotation on my new car. The tires were not purchased at Big Oas the car was brand new so I thought it would cost me.I have used Big O in the past with my old car.There was no charge which was fantastic!I will definitely be back to purchase tires through Big O when needed.Thank you!

Your Big O in Louisville is a rip off. Personally, I have stopped going to this store because of the prices that they charge for services. In addition the customer service is very, very poor. An oil change is less than half the price at your Big O in Longmont. The customer service in Longmont is fantastic. However, I was unwilling to drive so far for the service so I have moved all of our other vehicles to another business for tires and service. If your Longmont store was closer to my home I would still be shopping there. However, no one at the Louisville store gives a dam about this issue or customer server. This store SUCKS!

Matt, you need to review the behavior of your employees more carefully. Since purchasing 4 Big O snow tires for my Buick in 2016 I have seen your level of service go steadily down hill. Adam helped me choose the snow tires, was very helpful and very positive during all followups. However, as I began to rotate those tires with my regular tires, I've found your people disinterested, almost antagonistic. In addition, I came to BO to have some tires (purchased elsewhere) mounted and balanced on my light truck. Your salesman refused service with some gobbledegook about "different tire radii damaging my differential". I then drove down the road 1/4 mile and had the tires mounted without comment. Imagine my interest in purchasing more tires from BO? I'm not sure what's going on with some of your salesmen - their abrupt, disinterested, almost hostile attitudes seem to reflect significant unhappiness with their jobs. Maybe you should let them go - they certaintly aren't building your business!

I've been going to this big I for 20 years. Adam and the guys always have taken care of me. The last couple years I had been disappointed at how busy the place was and overbooked and understaffed. So I went some other places. Came back today to check in and try again and things wee back to the way they used to be. Glad to see management might be giving them the resources to get back the service they have always been so great at.

20 year customer and have noticed a marked downhill slide at this store. Went in today with a slow leak in a Big O Tire. Technician filled tire with air and sent me on my way. Pull over in the shopping center parking lot to check tire myself and found the screw causing the leak. This is not the service I expect and is the last straw. I will not return.

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit: bought new tires but also worked through some other service issues, and was able to save $ on unnecessary work suggested by other auto service folks. They also have Ms PacMan on free play. (Beat my 165,000!)
