Very disappointed had to make two trips there in two different days to get the job done. Made an appointment for the second day before leaving the day before. My appointment was for 10:30 my truck didn't get pulled in and a new set of tires put on until 11:40. Not good at all.

Andrew, the greeter, did not welcome me... he did however take 5 or so incoming phone calls prior to greeting me. I will not return to this unsatisfactory location. They're not under staffed, they're certainly under trained.

Fantastic service, clean area to work while I waited, and they were upfront on how long it would take for all the work.

Made an appt, when I got there was quoted 2.5 hrs for oil change and tire rotation. Much too long. Changed to oil only, was told 1.5 hrs! At 2 hour point, car still not started. Told them I needed to leave, don't start it. 15 min later oil changed - nothing else (fluids, sticker etc) $89. I bought tires there and still haven't been able to rotate them. Bad, rude, unhelpful, expensive experience.

Due to the many roofing projects (and errant nails) in our area, my husband and I both needed four new tires on our cars. Chase was able to find us the best tires for the best possible price, and the staff was able to get us in and out quickly and efficiently. My husband and I were thrilled with the service we recieved and will certainly recommend the Lousiville Big O Tires location to others. Thank you!

Let me start with I've been a customer of Big O Tire since Rod owned the store; about 25 years. The service I had from this store over the last few months has been the worst. When I purchased four tires last May I was told the alignment couldn't be complete because the steering linkage was too worn. I received a quote for $889.95 (Parts $394.97 and Labor $426.04 which included $89.99 for the alignment). I questioned the 3.5 hours of labor to changed the parts and was told there were some items that had to be removed to get the steering linkage off (this is wrong because I've changed several steering linkages before on other trucks and I'm very familiar with this one as well). Also, after looking closer at the quote, the parts that were quoted were wrong and incomplete (two outer tie rods and a drag link). At this point, I ordered an entire replacement Mopar assembly including a new pitman arm for $468.97 and installed it myself within an hour. When I returned to have the alignment done, I was charged $130 instead of the $90 I was originally quoted. I was told it was because I replaced the parts myself and that makes it harder to align because they have to check to ensure the sleeves are properly centered on the shafts. This was just a another way of sticking it to the customer moment. One, those sleeves have a slit that allows a visual inspection to ensure its properly centered and two, the parts are new and easy to change if needed; 5 minutes and you can pull the sleeve off and recenter if need-be (BTW - I did verify they were properly centered from Mopar). I didn't even have to remove the tires so the alignment was at least as close as it was before. During this same visit, I also had the tires rotated. I told them to leave the center caps off because I wanted to torque the lug nuts after putting a few miles on the rotation. The following week when I did go to torque the nuts, I discovered one of the nuts was driven onto the stud cockeyed and cross-threaded (it was hanging on with about three threads; pics available). If I had not rechecked the torque, I would have had no idea one of the nuts was cross-threaded; nobody said a word about it when I picked the truck up. This truck is used to pull and the last thing I need is a compromised wheel causing me trouble. I immediately called and talked to Adam; he said to bring the truck back in and it would be corrected. As it turned out, I was leaving town that night and the truck was not back in town for two months due to out-of-state mechanical issues. When it did return and I brought the truck back for repair, the lug nut couldn't be matched and I was offered a new set for $60 (these lug nuts were brand new in May when I purchased the tires and put them on new wheels I had ordered). Being completely frustrated, I told them to just fix the wheel stud and I'd talk to the original vendor about getting new lug nut. When I picked the truck up, a bill was already made up assuming I was to pay for the repair. I had already been in a week before to arrange a time and I thought everything was setup at that point. The charge was removed after some discussion. Also after this repair, I noticed the wheel lug hole in that wheel that was repaired was all gouged out. Whatever driver that was used to remove/install the lug nut was obvious too big and scored the hell out of the bore. This is covered but yet just another example of shoddy workmanship. At this point, my experience has taught me that this Big O has become a rip-off, uncaring and untrustworthy business. As a result, several people that I know that recently or are in the process of purchasing new tires before winter have chosen to go elsewhere.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and this store never disappoints. They provide superior customer service, efficient service and let you know the approximate wait time which is accurate.

Don't stand behind what they do wrong . And we all know what it means when its 90 % all new people. They sprayed some grease substance on the back of the brake pads which is now embedded in the rotors . They still squeak with that on the rotors . I work on the road and come to the Mrs unhappy with the non workmanship of this place . They charge me close to $1,000 4 so-called super premium brake pads that haven't lasted 20000 miles and that's where their warranty runs out at 12000 which I've been in there before saying hey there's issues with this and they wouldn't fix it so I called in yesterday not letting them know it's the same Tahoe and the bill was only $750 yesterday anybody knows anything lately ad they prices don't go down they go up so how's it go from a thousand down to 750$ for the same thing so they ripped me off to begin with . The manager really seems like one of them people that he's ruined business everywhere he's been and now he's going to come here and ruin this place .

Big O are always great about fixing punctures without charge - which is what happened on this visit. I've purchased several sets of tires from this location and they are always helpful and friendly. Great service.

Rude from the second I walked in , when I asked about a price difference on their website he said he couldn't help me. I was in the store less than 5 min and I will never go back. I will most likely spend over $500 today on new tires but it will definitely not be with Big O

Finally got my tires rotated from July. I am not please that I can't make an appointment to have this service done. I have tried several times in Longmont and had to wait at least 2-3 hours if I stayed.

I was in this store on Saturday 7/29 for a tire rotation and balance. I witnessed what might be the worst case of lazy, unprofessional and poor customer service I have ever seen. At times there were literally no employees in the shop working as there were a line of cars waiting for service. Staff was standing around talking, outside smoking, talking on cell phones, just generally disinterested in customers and the work at hand. When my truck finally made it into the shop and hour and fifteen minutes later, I watched and witnessed the entire process, staff switched the front and rear wheels, no balance, no air pressure check, no brake inspection, no strut inspection. When my truck was done, staff parked it outside and brought the work order inside where it sat in front of the salesman I had worked with for 15 minutes while he talked to other staff and took 2 phone calls before I finally asked if I could get processed out. I asked him what was done to my truck and he said, rotation, balance, air check, brake check, strut check and told him I had witnessed those things were not completed. He said nothing! I told him I would not ever return to this store and still he had nothing to say. I spent $1500.00 on wheels and tires at Big-O recently and this is how I'm treated! Going to Discount Tire next time for sure, you lost a long time customer Big-O. Horrible experience.

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. My low tire pressure light was on so I asked for a thorough inspection of the tires. They sent me on my way with no issue found. I got a flat tire late that same evening in a bad neighborhood. When I went back in the following day there was no apology from Justin. His customer service was that of complete indifference. Big O has lost all of my future business due to lack of thoroughness and poor customer service.
