Terrible customer service this time around. I had an appointment scheduled at 1pm. Came back to the shop at 2:30pm to see my car parked in the same spot as it was when I left it. When I asked how much longer it would be since I didn't realize having an appointment would put me out an hour and a half for just an oil change mind you, and then was given attitude because I could remember the man's name that checked me in. It shouldnt matter who checked me in, and I should'nt have to put someone out in front of customers like that either. The individual that assisted me, named Justin, was condescending, always is every time I'm in there, and was really not helpful at all.

The person who checked me in was very helpful -my phone was taking forever to pull up the oil change coupon so he printed one out for me. When I picked up my car there were some areas of concern and the person helping me pulled up a diagram on Google and was easily able to explain the problem.

I got my 100k tune up, spent a good deal of money and didn't feel like a valued customer. 20 minutes late on time to complete. Didn't top of washer fluid, that is complementary and I mentioned needing some, didn't reset oil life, didn't provide sticker showing oil change. Noticeably dirtier than when i left it there on arm rest & shifter. After less than 20 miles my check engine light came on, which it wast on prior to the tune up.

Great experience - Adam was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for within my price range.

I bought new tires from Big O in August. Price was good, location was convenient and with free rotations for life of tires, I thought: sounds great. Just took my Fiat 500 in to get the tires rotated for the first time. Left the car for 2 hours. When I came back, the tech told me there was something about how the tires were mounted that wouldn't allow them to be rotated. To be fair, I had incorrectly told them that the tires should be rotated front to back (it's side to side on this car)... but I'm not a car guy. I would think a quick web search (or by looking in the glovebox!) they could have accessed the car's manual and sorted it out. All this would still not have necessarily motivated a review, except that I was told they would be in touch to work out another time for me to come in and have expedited rotation (once they had figured out how to properly rotate the tires). I was in there Thursday 4/19. Writing this on 4/24. The only contact I've had was a auto-email from the owner of the shop to write a review. I want to mention that both folks I interacted with were courteous. No problems there. But when a tire shop cannot rotate the tires on a mass produced automobile? Problem.

I always have good service at the Louisville Big O. I've gone there for years because of the great service.

Great service as always, but expensive: Had an alignment done and it cost $89 for about 25 minutes of time to complete the alignment. That works out to about $200/hr. That's a bit steep.

Long waiting to find out nothing could be done, very unprofessional at Viera.

Desk person was helpful, professional and personable- the team solved my tire problem quickly and efficiently... my response to Question #1 was 5 stars (not sure the field is working correctly)

I had to wait almost two hours for a basic oil change and when all was said and done they left the plastic splash-guard hanging down from my undercarriage.

We have all our autos serviced there and they all have shoes from Big O Louisville. Adam is awesome and always steers us straight. The team there stands by their work. Tires, brakes, oil change, this is the place to go!

My Vehicle was aligned to a 2005 Jagwire"s back"s when I own a 2015 dodge ram I was sent away with my steering wheel completely sideways with my vehicle making a complete right turn when I would let go of my steering well their offer to fix this problem was to put a lift on my vehicle rather than catch their mistake of a line in my vehicle to the wrong vehicle while I was in for the alignment and two front tire balancing that I was charge for my wheel was damaged I was told by the Supervisor that he would check his cameras and see what he could do After they realize their mistake all they did to make it right was reimbursed me for the alignment of $97 I had to go back to the store three times one to get my wheel lock key that was never returned to me I made it very inconvenient to replace my flat tire that I had gotten that night and I had to call for roadside assistance because I was not able to change my flat tire because I was not giving back my wheel lock key I will probably never do business with a bigO or never go back to the store ever agin, I do not appreciate my vehicle being damaged I do not appreciate my vehicle being aligned to the wrong vehicle specs and having to drive my vehicle in this condition and they're only offer was to offer me a $4000 Lyft cost me more money to fix it after me looking at the paperwork noticed it was a line to a jaguar not a 2015 dodge ram

Our family was on vacation and we had a nail in tire and stopped to have fixed. They got us in immediately, fixed it and didnt want to charge us. The service tech was very personable, helpful and understanding. I could not have been more pleased and appreciative. Don't remember service techs name but he was a young man from Thorton.

I had a very BAD experience at this Big O on Monday, December 30, 2019. I work in this shopping center and thought it convenient to drop my car off at 8 AM in the morning, go to work, and return for my car after 3 that afternoon. I turned in my key to Justin, who assured me it would be done that afternoon when I returned (I had made the appointment 10 days prior and the tires were to be ordered). When I came back shortly after 3, I was very surprised to find out from Justin my car had never been worked on (he initially could not find the work order) and he even told me my tires never came in (I confirmed with someone at the store the tires would be there long before my appointment). After doing some searching he found the work order and Adam pointed out to him where the tires were. I was then told it would only be 20 minutes to put the tires on and complete the free alignment check. I decided to give them a half hour or more while I went to get groceries. When I returned, they were just then pulling my car into the garage! What was "20 minutes" turned into over an hour and after the tires were put on I waited for a very long time for the free alignment check...which did not happen that day as I had run out of time. I called Andrew the next day to mention all of this and how disappointed I was with the level of service (I gave them 7 hours to complete the work while I was at work), and how I don't feel like I received a proper apology or any kind of compensation for my time and inconvenience. Andrew was very good at listening to my concerns and scheduled the free alignment check for today, 1/2/20, had it done promptly and took the time to thoroughly explain my alignment check to me. He also gave me two $20 gift cards to use towards payment of the alignment repair in the future. The next survey I do based on today's visit (this one was for the visit on 12/30) will show a much more favorable response.

I'd like to thank Adam Freeman for his service on my behalf. I've done business at Louisville, Colorado's BigOTire shop many times. Recently, I purchased a new Subaru. Tires were rotated, and I intend to purchase a new set of tires at this Louisville location when the current set wears out.

Was told I needed an entirely new axle assembly for a blown diff, even though the mechanic didn't pull the diff cover to assess the damage and the rest of the axle was fine. Was told my transmission check engine light could not be diagnosed without a new front axle assembly (not true for my Jeep as per other mechanics). Was told the mechanic fixed my evap system; all three evap codes came back on before I was out of the parking lot. Tire pressure light was on but the mechanic didn't even bother with the simple task of adding air. I had a fine experience buying my tires here but after this poor experience and the insane, irresponsible quote I received for mechanic work I don't trust Big O anymore. I am unlikely to return.

They put air in my tires when I showed up just before closing time with a flat, even though they were super busy. When I came back later, they patched my tire for free. Couldn't be happier!

I have been purchasing tires since 1970 when I purchased my first car, a 1966 Pontiac LeMans. I have NEVER had such a TERRIBLE experience in 49 years of purchasing tires. First I had an appointment on a Saturday for the store to check my rear driver side tire for a leak that I had been experiencing for 2-3 weeks and possibly buy a new set of tires. After an examination by Andrew, he said I had plenty of tread left on tires but because it was Saturday they were too busy to check tire for cause of leak. He said come back during the week and there would be no problem. I brought my car in the past week to have it checked. I began working with your lady service person. I stated the rear driver tire was leaking and I have had to fill it with air every 3-4 days. I also said I had noticed a screw or nail in the front passenger tire while I was checking pressure levels on all tires. (The screw or nail was not causing any change in tire pressure). I was told by the lady service person that the car would be ready in one to one and a half hours. (Even though there were only three other cars in the parking lot at the time). I left the building and had breakfast at a nearby restaurant. I returned after about one hour and twenty minutes. I noticed that my car was still parked in the same place, nothing had been done. I asked what was happening and was told by the lady service person that there was one car still ahead of me. After sitting for at least another 40 minutes they said my car was next. We are now into at least two hours. After another 10 minutes I noticed my car had been pulled into the garage. Another 20 minutes and I walked back to view my car and they had the front driver tire off! I told one of the other service persons that they were looking at the wrong tire! After watching the worker stare at the service order for several minutes he put the tire back on. He then walked to another station in the garage and nothing additional was done on my car. I must admit I was very angry at this point and I said some very harsh comments to the other customer service person (male); (1) the lady service person apparently must be a poor listener because they had the wrong tire off. (the male customer service person's excuse was that they had found an additional problem with the front driver tire). What a farce. That got me angrier. (2) I stated to the male service person that this was the worst tire experience I have ever seen. It had now been over 2 1/2 hours and they still had not examined my main problem, the leak in the rear driver tire. (3) I told the male service person how awful the service was and that this would never have happened at Discount Tire Store. This got him very angry. Ten minutes later the male customer service person came up to me and said they had checked my tires and they found no leaks in any of the tires. I told him this was impossible because I had been having to put air in the rear driver tire every 3-4 days for the past few weeks. "Nope" he said, "there are no leaks in your tires". I later realized he had had enough of me and just wanted me out of the building. I know this because between the time they put the front driver tire back on and he confronted me, there was not enough time to do an accurate review of my rear driver tire. Needless to say, I am very, very disturbed and disappointed by my three visits to your shop to check on my tire. My wife and I have been a Boulder Discount Tire customer for over 30 years, but because I experienced a flat tire right across the street from your shop, I decided to give Big O a try. Needless to say I will never return to Big O for tires again. The day after my terrible experience with your shop I decided that moving forward with complaints about your shop on Yelp and other social media was not worth the effort. I was comfortable with just forgetting the lousy experience, move on and learn from my bad decision. That was until I received your email requesting a review. If I c

I had to have a tire replaced due to a nail. The service was quicker than I had hoped, everything went smoothly, and I appreciate the warranty on the tires.
