I delayed the switch to snow tires because I dreaded the wait. When I stopped in, the customer service rep offered the option to come on a different day when the wait would be a lot less. I took him up on his recommendation and he was right. I was on my way in no time with snow tires on and advice to consider new ones next year. Yay!

They often won't rotate my tires on a lease service. Unfortunately the paperwork keeps getting messed up big time.

I went in on Monday to take a look at my options since you guys had a sale going on. Adam was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service. The downside and I can provide photos, the tires look like crap! Whoever put them on went as fast as possible. The side walls are scuffed and we're covered in the white sludge. I realize it's a tire and it won't look new for very long but the tires I got look terrible. I spent $640 of my hard earned cash and was incredibly disappointed by the service performed. Yesterday I even did a more thorough look just to make sure I didn't get used tires!! The guys in the shop need to up their game because based on that, I don't think I want to return to get my brakes done with you guys. Poor workmanship.

Hey Matt- I normally write a 5 star rating. I brought my sienna in on Saturday for oil change and a light on the dashboard that won't shut off (6 months) low air tire is on. Adam mentioned I needed tires so I did that. When I picked it up -I asked if the sensor was fixed and they told me yes. I left and the light is still on. This issue is driving me bonkers and am saddened that they did not fix it. I spend quite s bit of money at your shop.

The last 2 times that you've seasonally swapped my on-wheel tires it's taken multiple trips to your store for you the get the TPMS re-registration right. Last week it took 3 trips to your store plus a trip to the Subaru dealer who didn't find a problem. Very frustrating and a huge waste of my time.

Bree got me a Big O set of tires with a approved Credit Card at 5:30pm and I believe his name said Burro(nickname)?, got my tires on even though they close at 6:00. They were awesome!

On Saturday 8/5 went in due to a bad a bad tire (sidewall bubble due to pothole), driver side rear. As it was not in stock, someone ordered a tire from the local warehouse and it was to arrive Monday at 10:30. Monday morning I called after 10:30 and it had not yet arrived, so I said I'd plan to be in Tuesday for installation. Tuesday I learned that the wrong tire was ordered, snow tire vs. my tire. Woman told me she located a tire in Salt Lake and could have it by Thursday. I decided at that point to order online as it would arrive faster (Wednesday) and was also ~$40 less (and I would know it was the right tire). Dropped the car Thursday morning (about 7:45), told it would be about 2 hours. Nearly 3 hours later it was ready. I drove down to Denver and back and thought to check my new tire, and found that the bad tire on passenger rear was still there. So had to bring the car in AGAIN to have the right tire replaced. To be fair, that happened quickly, within 20 minutes, so I didn't have to wait very long. I've been using this store for ~8 years and have had good service, but this was not one of those.

Didn't have the best experience this time around. You guys have helped me on many occasions in the past on flat tires, so I try to run sales through you whenever I can. I came in for a battery and decided to get oil, lube, and filter while I waited. You didn't have the battery in stock that I wanted but was told there was a guy from Interestate driving around in a truck and he would get the battery I wanted there fairly quickly, about an hour. So while the lube was being done, I was waiting for the battery to arrive. After about 3hrs, I was told the infamous dude in the truck was in Longmont and it would be another hour. So I paid for the lube and left. I did receive a few dollars off the lube to make up for the chaos and wasted time. I went elsewhere, got a battery installed, and was home quickly. I received a call about 1:30 saying the battery had finally arrived. By then I was home and done. It was around 5 hrs to get the battery at the store, which was kinda silly. I will be back for tires in the future as you have treated me well in the past. I just wanted you to be aware that this was kinda messed up. My suggestions for the future would be to increase your stock on batteries, nag the interstate guy in the van and let him know that was pretty weak, try to be a little more accurate on ETA for transfers from 1hr to 5 hrs. I hope that helps.

They are very knowledgeable but every time you call the place you are placed on a lengthy hold. Then when you go in it's at least an hour wasted in the waiting room while they work you through the system. I have had to go back several times to have the tires remounted or re balanced and still the wait time is long. I probably have a total of 5 hours waiting in the last 6 weeks.
