Great guys, but they consistently over commit on completion time. At the point that they have taken in as many cars as they can handle for the day, they should start booking for the next day instead overcommitting. We brought our car in at 8:30 am, was told it would be ready between 3 and 4. It was finally ready closer to 7 pm.

in and out for a short flat repair, other places would have taken an hour.

my wife needed a oil change, she made a appointment for the next day, she told me the rates of 38 dollars to 150 dollars, so i called and told them to do the 38 dollar oil change, when my wife came home from big o she told me the cost was 168 dollars, they told her she need new brake fluid on the 2009 honda crv plus new struts,tire rotation, for just a basic oil change, ladys beware because they will tell you need things you dont need THEY LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER

I called a few days before I would be able to set an appointment to have the summer tires switched to our winter tires. I was informed that they did not take appointments and it was first come first served. Thus, I was well aware of the potential to have some wait time. When I got to the store there was a fairly large line of people waiting and wanting services. When I got a chance to meet with the service representative I asked the time wait potential. I was told two hours. I said fine and walked over to have some breakfast. I spent a little over 2 hours before I returned to the store. I then waited three more hours for my car to be done......5 hours! The service representative said that he was so sorry and would include a 50% of oil change card based on the wait time. I told him that was fine but not necessary....I just wanted to get my car. The reality is that if this is the way all work is done I might have to leave the car overnight for an oil change! I assume I will be looking elsewhere to get the tires changed in the spring. A point of interest is that we bought the winter tires from this store and this is the third time I have rotated the summer to winter tires and back. I never had this problem in the past but I don't want it in the future.

I have been a long time big O customer currently owning 6 cars 5 of which have your tires on them . Last Monday my son was driving home from school and his tire blew on I 25 I know doubt believe he Drove too far with a flat looking for a place to pull off tochange the tire I brought the car to Big O hoping it would just be a flat repair and of course as luck would have it I needed all four tires replaced be because of the all wheel drive tires that only had only 25,000 miles on them and were purchased in November 2015 just out of warranty for over 700 dollars My son uses the car for school and puts on very few miles The tires that were on the car probably had another two good years of use. The big O tire back in the day would've realized That this was a bit unfair bad luck and would of tried to ease the pain possibly offering a free wheel alignment or a slight discount on a new set of tires I now have purchased $1700 in tires and have gotten so far 25,000 miles of use there's a lot of competition in Lafayette with new tire companies coming in all the time I will look elsewhere next time purchasing Tires Greg Smits

I have brought all of my familys cars to this Big O store for many years and have always trusted the high level of professionalisum, knowledge and service. Now my daughter is in Portland and continues to trust and use Big O! Consistant high level if servuce is hard to find today! Dennis Culver

I was always a supporter of Big o until recently. I had tire warranty issues, nitrogen air promises and oil change issues that I am unhappy with. Now my engine is a filthy mess due to inefficient fuel filter install issues and oil spill issues in my garage and driveway. This is the second time I have had oil change problems in a year.

My family and I have been customers of Big O in Louisville for many years. I have always been extremely pleased with the products and the service. For that reason I have continued to drive to your location even after moving to Denver. I was caught off guard when I came in to pick up my car and was told that you did not have the Continental tires I had been quoted. Instead I was "upgraded" to the Big O brand tires. I am at a loss as to why this decision was made for me instead of calling me to let me know. It is likely I would have agreed to the change but I did not have the opportunity to evaluate the difference in the two tires. I did not push back at the time but wish I had. Very unprofessional.

I was in Monday and had oil change/tire rotation and wasn't sure they changed the oil because they didn't change the window cling from 2 oil changes previous. And, they told me I needed 3 fluids changed/flushed and I made appointment for Friday to do so even though I wasn't sure I should trust you guys after Monday. Appointment was for 10am and I arrived before that time. When my car was still sitting where I had parked it in the parking lot at 10:30 I asked why it had not been moved to a bay yet and was told it was next for the bay with the red car in it and it would be taken back any minute. At 10:45 it was still in the parking lot and I looked at the bay it was supposed to be in and the red car was gone and a silver/grey car was there instead of mine. So, I went to the manager and he said that actually they didn't have one of the fluids they needed for my car and had to order it and it should be in any minute (almost 11 and my appointment was for 10). So I told him I made the appointment on Monday so they had 5 days to get the fluid. Not acceptable. And, why didn't they tell me that when I came in before 10 so I could have made the decision whether to wait or to reschedule. He just said he was sorry and it would arrive any minute. A little after 11am my car was finally taken back to the bay and it took over an hour to do the work. So 2 1/2 hours for a one hour job. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I'm required to make an appointment but probably one who walked in was taken before me because you guys were not prepared when you had plenty of notice about what was needed for my service. I've had it with you guys. Will be finding another place to have my car serviced.

Have had low tires filled, a patch for a nail, changing over summer to snows and back. I have always had a great experience. The guys are always very friendly and accommodating. This time, they even drove me home (1 1/2 miles) because the wait was an hour. Wow! To go to a service business where people smile and don't over charge... or charge at all for little things is so rare these days! Thank you, Jimmy for your service today. : ) Happy camper.

My first experience was awesome my second I was very disappointed!! I may not come back, yes I am a lady but should not be treated different. There were several different things that happened to make me feel like I do not want to come back!!

I've been doing business with this store for 10+ years. They've always met and exceeded all my expectations on tires and service for all of my vehicles, and even saved me several hundred dollars on a service they recommended and later discovered I didn't need... and put the vehicle back together at no charge after discovering the error. This is the best service location I've found in the state, and I continue to be a return customer.
