I wasn't gonna come in, do to the bad reviews I read, but I did and the gentlemen that helped me absolutely made sure I left happy and with out ripping me off. I don't remember his name but he was from North Carolina and wore emo glasses. I expected the worse and got the complete opposite.

have been a loyal customer to Big O -Louisville for years. Had a slow leaking tire and came in w/o an appointment. at 3pm Thursday. They were extremely busy and I said I would wait. While i did not ask, i was not told nor giving updates as to how long it would take. 3 and half hours later , my tire was fixed. I appreciate they fixing the tire after closing, I would have appreciated even more if I was given update as to how long the wait would have been before my car could be attended to. knowing the wait was so long, I would have chosen to put air in the tire elsewhere and returned at a more convenient time for both of us.

Overall the tire installation and alignment are well done the car drives much better now. I have a mini cooper. These cars have a lot of proprietary parts and stuff. I am very forward and immediately started asking questions. I asked if they could even do an alignment on the Mini as they have a computer controlled set up and proprietary tools. I was told yes. When I picked up the car I was told they only did the front because the back was proprietary. I paid full price. Also, this form is confusing. What are the asterisks for? Is 5 good or 1?

The staff at Big O Tires in Louisville is excellent. I think the prices are fair and that the service is quality. I also appreciate that whoever I am talking to will take the time to explain what service needs to be done and what the costs will be upfront. It feels like my best interests are a priority.

We went in for an oil change, and tire repair. We proceeded to get 4 new tires. The ride was great on the way home, but when we got up the next morning one of the tires was flat as a pancake. They forgot to check the valve and seal it correctly, We took it back the next day and they fixed it no charge. But, it was an inconvenience.

Would have all been 5s except for the misleading time I was given for the wait or my car. I would have come back another day or booked an appointment if I had known. Really screwed up my morning

Inconsistent and potentially dangerous tire inflation. Two passenger tires were inflated to 37 PSI (per spec) and two driver side tires were inflated to 48 PSI for. I was also charged for TPMS install/calibration when car doesn't have tire based TPMS. Very disappointed.

I had my rear brakes replaced on Saturday. Sunday morning I rolled right through a stop sign because the brakes did not work. It was one of the scariest experiences I've ever had.

I came in to switch my tires to snow tires. I was told I needed to have a lug nut and stud replaced. When my car was ready I had a $122 bill for the stud & but plus a $32 bill for an inflation sensor. It would have been nice to inform me of the extra expenses.

I've been in 3 times for the same problem and I'm still not sure it's fixed. I left and they had not even inflated my tire properly. In the past I have received good service but not lately

A big shout out to "Chi", sorry I did not get his correct name spelling from his nametag, for helping me to recycle my son's tires. The type of customer service shown by him is often the most telling factor in growing and retaining your customer base. Kudos to him!

I called in and order and paid for new tires. I was told to stop by to get them installed that I could not make an appointment. I stopped in 3 times and each time was told they were too busy to install the tires I already paid for. On the third attempt the employee told me I actually could schedule an appointment since they were new tires. I had to wait several days for that appointment. When I arrived at the appointed time, 9am, there were only 2 gentlemen working in the shop area. One had a customer, the other was on the phone. I said I just wanted to leave my key for my appointment and was told abruptly that I would have to wait. I waited 15 minutes to leave my keys, making me late for a doctor's appointment in Boulder. I reiterated what I had made an appointment for: tire installation, alignment, oil change and new wiper blades. At 1pm, I passed by the shop on my way home and saw my car sitting outside. I tried calling and got a busy signal. Called again 30 minutes later and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I asked the gentleman who finally answered if my car was ready as it was sitting outside. He said he had to check on the status of my car. When he came back he said they forgot to do the oil change. I said forget it. I'll get it done elsewhere. I will be over to pick up my car. They did the oil change anyway. The whole experience was a pain in the ass. The shop is very busy and is not well staffed enough to handle that. I will take my car elsewhere next time.

I have been a customer at Big O Tires in Louisville for over 20 years. I go to Big O because of Adam. He is very professional, knowledgeable and exhibits exceptional customer service. Adam has been at this store as long as I can remember. I like a business with consistency a friendly face and a person who displays trust and sincerity.
