We have been bringing all our cars to this store since it opened many years ago. It use to have the best customer service and automobile service. However, in the last year, both customer service and the service on our cars has slipped. We recently took one of our cars in to have the brakes checked because they were making noise. They called and said it was fine and good to go, so we picked it up. We headed out of town and the brakes started to screech, so we had to cancel our trip. We were then told that the brake pads were past the chatter strips and now the rotars needed to be replaced, too. They treated it like it was no big deal, but it was to us. We will give them one more chance, but the only person we will deal with is Adam. He cares about you as a customer, knows what he is talking about, and always makes sure you are taken care of. Tip - He doesn't work on Tuesdays.

Great experience here compared to other tire shops. Justin went well beyond to make sure I was served quickly and updated on issues with my car. Having the techs show me where and by how much my alignment was off was a huge help.

6 hours to Get snow tires put on! Kind of crazy. You need to hire more help.

I have been a customer of Big O Tires at the Louisville Colorado location for many years. I have to admit that this most recent visit to the store was a very different experience than in years past. To be fair to the technicians at Big O, I think they are having to deal with a new and very stressful work environment as our metropolitan area continues to grow at such a rapid rate. To be honest, these techs were doing their best, but they are pretty much slammed with work. Perhaps it is an issue of understaffing and I know there is a shortage of qualified people to do the work such as the tire installers themselves but with the current state of affairs, the quality of customer service does go down. I have had a similar experience with Flatiron Subaru. In the end, I did get the two tires I needed and all worked out, but the overall process was not the experience of years past. Again, the techs I worked with really did their best but they are under pressure for sure.

I was 25 minutes late for my oil change appoint, but I thought I'd give Big O a shot at oil changes since I've been very disappointed with Grease Monkey and Jiffy Lube.I waited 2.5 hours for a full synthetic oil change.I had noticed while waiting "ladies day" 10% discount, on Wednesday.I asked if they had reset the oil light, he confirmed.I asked had I come in on Wednesday would I have gotten 10% off?He said Yes, I'll make a note in your file and the next service will be 10% off.I told him I was quoted $70 for the full synthetic, he explained there were disposal fees and things that they use to protect the interior of my vehicle and keep it clean, taxes, etc.Ok, that's $85.I go out to get my car, can't see it in the parking lot, so return to ask where it's parked, I'm directed and again head to my car. When I got in the car, as customary for me (experience is a great teacher)I check to see if the oil light has been reset, check!I look at the next oil change label in the upper left hand corner and it has the current date and mileage and the box for general oil change was checked, not full synthetic.I go back in with the sticker in my hand and ask did they not put full synthetic? He goes to the back and returns stating nope they didn't, do you have 10 minutes.I said I can't run regular oil after changing to synthetic, yes I'll wait.I told himI'd like the date of my next oil change and mileage recorded, not today's?My car thinks it needs oil in 3000 miles. He said he'd handle it.Sure enough I was out of there after 3 hours, not even an apology. Here's your keys you're good to go.I have been helped by your staff at this store many times, with no charge.I did not expect this kind of service or inconvenience.I did expect an apology, although "I think" they made it right, I'd never know the difference, would I?

Usually they're better, but this time it took them 2.5 hours to tell us the tires they said they had in stock were not there and they forgot to give us back our old tires (after we told them 3 different times). They also said we would get a discount on an alignment but they charged full price until we asked again. The products are good and the service is usually better.

I usually interact with Adam at the Big-O-Tires in Louisville. His customer service is exceptional! Very friendly and knowledgeable- never tries to over sell anything over expensive and unnecessary. The tires and other services they provide are also excellent! I recommend that store to anyone looking for honest and exceptional work done for their vehicle.

Third time in a row that I have gone in for oil change and/or tire rotation and something went wrong. This time they lost the key to unlock the lug nuts and I had to go to dealership (not nearby) and buy a new one. They reimbursed me for it but it meant a drive to Firestone and back and having to come back to Big O the next day for the rotation. Since this was not the first time and it just keeps occurring that they do something wrong I don't think I will be going back. Three strikes and you're out.

The customer service representative and the store manager were willing to help and provide good information. They even replaced a broken lug bolt not allowing me to pay for it even though it was not their responsibility. I've always gotten great service and this Big O store has never disappointed me!!

Ordered 5 tires but only 4 were delivered on time and with no documentation from the manufacturer. During service a lug was broken on my 4runner that only has 800 miles on it. When I went home I checked the lug torques and found that all wheels were approximately 90-100 ft lbs but should be 76 according to spec. The lugs on the wheel with the broken lug were torqued to approximately 130-140 ft lbs. I returned the next day and had the lug replaced and checked to make sure the others were not stretched. I am still waiting for the 5 tire.

I was sold tires at Big O 2 years ago and the tread had already worn down on them to a non safe place. I was never told that the tires had no warranty on the tread when I bought them. I own an Elantra. I took my car in and talked with Mike who explained this to me. I had to buy 4 new tires which didn't thrill me since I had only bought new ones 13,000 miles ago. Mike gave me a few discounts and did explain everything to me. I want to trust the people I take my cars to and I have to say Big O let me down on that part 2 years ago. Even tho Mike was good, I am not sure I will take my cars back to Big O.

I had assumed that this store could access the services I had received at other Big O stores but they could not apparently. They asked if I had received various services that were due at 120,000 miles. I told him to check the computer because I had it serviced at Big O Superior. He said they were not hooked up to each other so he could not access what services I had received at Superior. So, I had to try to remember what had been done in Superior and may have paid for repetitive services. I don't like that at all.
