Thanks for a great experience! I just needed a low-testosterone set of tires for my old truck that would be quiet and not break the bank. It is hard to find sales people that will actually hear that message and provide good options. Most just want to put the biggest meats they can sell on any truck. Adam gets it! He got me a smokin deal on the Big-Foot A/S which looks just right, will get me through the snow and best of all, I can hear my stereo again!!

I am greeted at the car when someone is at the counter and sees me. If that person happens to be in back or wherever then it is a given I am not spotted therefore not greeted. I went to get my tires rotated and balanced for what I would consider the final time and was shown the numerous dry cracks and the wear bars "at level" on the front tires, something I had already seen before hand. I noticed that the backs had some small usable amount of tread left and asked why they hadn't been rotated to the front before (early Jan. before a trip away) and was told that the weight of the engine is in effect like sandbags and that I would need max tread for traction at the rear. Makes sense! Ordered a new set of Michelins for the whole truck. I had opted for the 6 ply rating and found that I wound up with the 10 ply rated. Not a problem, stronger is better though the others would work for me as well. I am looking forward to how these higher rated units will perform! . I got my customary front end alignment that I do at every tire change and was told that the upper left ball joint was in the early stage of loosening and that I could go some time with it yet before replacement becomes imperative. So far good. I was informed that in the procedure that the front end spec may change with the removal and replacement and so asked why I would have the alignment done now only to have to pay for it a second time. I was only then informed of the 30 day alignment guarantee which means I will have the work done sooner than later. My question, would I have even been informed of the 30 days or was it simply forgotten in the excitement of the moment ? I found the gentleman a pleasure to deal with on the overall. He is new to me and not one or two I have usually met when coming in for service, so I chalk it up to the "excitement/getting familiar" of a new association. I am, so far, very happy with the new tires! Gordon. . I have given 5 in the ratings as things went well but in fairness to my assessment I have not been to other tire shops in quite a few years and so wonder, is there a better level of service that I am not aware of and missing ? . I am wondering why I was not shown the actual play in the part in question as I had been shown that sort of thing in the past, as proof to my own eyes. Granted some people aren't interested in that sort of thing but being some kind of shadetree guy I AM interested! :) . Don't honestly remember if I was offered the credit app or free alignment check at the beginning as I would have turned the credit thing down anyway.

I am grateful the staff fit my car work in for rotation, flat tire review, and oil change and air filter change. They called me when it was ready.

Had an issue when changing out my winter tires. I was told I needed an alignment, but the one I did 6 months earlier when I had my tires mounted by the same store. I was under the impression that it was a 1 year alignment. Apparently it was not, which doesn't make sense when I was coming back to get remounted and balanced. Oh well. I'll get an alignment where they will not try to continually charge me 79.99 each time instead of 119.99 for the entire year. Just seems like a good way to keep customers coming back if you can make return visits easier for customers.

I've been going to this Big O Tire for years. I was always met with friendly service. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of in any way. Always felt like they knew what they were doing. Lately things have changed a bit. I'm seeing new faces around there. Seems much much busier, which is good, of course. But the staff seems noticeably more stressed. I took my car in for an oil change recently and they missed the fact that when there's a filter change that amount of oil needs to be accounted for. Small thing, no big deal. When I showed up to get that taken care of they asked me where I'd gotten my oil changed last time and told me that whoever had changed it had put the oil nut on so tight that they had to cut it off and replace it with a new one. Well, I'd gotten my oil changed at Big O last time, of course. Glad that guy, whoever he was, didn't break anything. I just get the feeling that there's some slipping going on over there lately. Not as tight and friendly and thorough as they used to be.

Hub cap fell off or never got put back on the right rear tire. Had called Big O the next day and they never found one in the shop. I never drove 125 miles before I noticed it was gone when I got gas.. I ordered one off ebay for 20 bucks but was a hassle and it sucked to see cap gone.??

I had a flat tire 3 hours from home 5:10 pm . I called Breana answered and was so friendly and reassured me they would take care of me before the evening was over! She was calm , professional and so friendly! When I saw the condition of my tires I was horrified! 2 new tires later I am safe and ready to roll! Thanks everyone! What a great team!!
