Big O Tires

Adam did a great job as he has done for the several years he has been assisting me. Bre helped me to choose the right Big O tires and get them delivered prior to my appointment.

Staff is very professional at this store. They recommended an appropriate fix for my car, and completed the repairs in a very timely fashion. We are new to this area, and I am relieved to have found my future automotive repair/maintenance facility.

Adam was helpful and friendly. The store was very busy and it took more than 2 hours to get my tires changed, but it was very worthwhile to have a safe car on the road.

I recently brought in my Xterra with an oil leak and the guys promptly found out what it was and quoted me on the fix. I had the performed and promptly had another leak which I brought in to be diagnosed. Turns out this time the radiator had failed. I was not even charged for the second diagnosis! After replacing the radiator I brought my Xterra back for a full synthetic oil change and two days later my girlfriends car needed new tires. I bought her tires at Big O Louisville without question. Adam, the manager is excellent to deal with. I have always received great service and they are great about accommodating appointments quickly! Adam has been great about giving me a heads up and discussing issues that could be cropping up with my vehicle. Great, friendly service from Big O Louisville! They have become my "Go to" repair shop!

I gave this Big O Tires a bad review earlier because when I got my tires swapped, the man who pulled out my tires from the back of my car broke a handle, noticed it was broken, and placed the handle pieces in the passenger seat without telling anyone about it. But this Big O Tires was able to fix the issue and replace my handle. They have great customer service.

I came in this morning to repair a tire. Cameron was super friendly and helpful. The team repaired my tire quickly and waived the service fee. Thanks for great customer service and the quick repair.

All the staff are friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. As a walk-in, I am given almost immediate service!! I am willing to take an appointment, but it is so much nicer to be helped on the spot. I always look forward to visiting Big O. My experience was good. I needed two new tires. They didn't have them in stock but ordered them immediately and the job was done the same day.

Came in thinking I needed a new battery but Adam tested it and said not yet! Great as a woman to be taken seriously and not taken advantage of.

Bre was very nice and they were so helpful since I got a nail in my tire first thing in the morning and had to get my kids to school and then to work ALL ON TIME! Phew, they did a repair and I was off! Great job! I will tell everyone how awesome they are!

Chase was very helpful to call me and let me know when my car was ready from oil change and tire rotation. At checkout, I was glad that Chase let me know they had found that a few of my lugnuts were not the correct ones to use with my wheels, so they changed them for me (I believe the taper was for steel wheels rather than aluminum wheels I have). I must say that I was surprised and later recalled that I had purchased some new lug nuts recently at a local car parts store and had them installed on a visit over the last year. I am glad that all is safe now and my wheels secure.

Work on flat repair was a bit shoddy. Tire had large stain from something running out from the rim. Tire cover was put on upside down. Rear door was left ajar. Just little stuff, but 30 seconds more work would have made for a perfect job.

Adam Freeman greeted me as I walked into the shop. My tire was flat and he immediately wrote up a service ticket to be taken care of. I had 3 nails and was shown the damage to the tire. I ended up needing a new tire. Adam was very kind and helpful!
