Big O Tires

I had a slow leak in one tire. He went out to look at my tire, saw a screw in it and repaired it within 5 minutes. He suggested that I get new tires in about a year. I was very pleased with the service I received.

It's a little hard to rate the above. Re: rotating of my tires and getting my wheelbarrow tire fixed, I was very happy. However, comparing what was told to me about my brake pads (thickness and safety need for replacement), by the customer service man and the auto dealership, I feel the man waiting on me was trying to sell an old lady brake pads/rotors before they are really needed. I realize they probably work for a commission but would prefer being given correct information. I still like Big O. I'll just be cautious about your advice.

These guys always take care of me. I've been going there for 6 years and I appreciate that they know I'm a frequent customer. Adam, Chase and the rest of the team usually watch out for me. I have old cars that need a lot of maintenance and I feel I can trust them. Thanks, Guys! Eric Hirt

About Customer service, I asked for coffee because the pot was empty and I waited for more than 30 mins before I left and the coffee never came. Otherwise the service was good, and I as happy with my tire.

We have been servicing our cars here for years and love working with them! Adam always takes such good care of us and our vehicles.

After multiple attempts to get my snow tires put on in the high country, I made a trip to this shop in Lafayette. I was greeted by a friendly smile and was told it wouldn't be a problem getting me in right away. He turned what I thought was going to be a painful process in to an absolutely painless process.

I had a great experience the night I purchased my tires and during installation. However, the morning after my new tires were installed. I woke to a flat tire. I was planning on a trip to NM, I am just glad I wasn't on the road yet. They did come to my place of employment and repair/replace damaged tire. FOr that I was grateful.

The employees are always very helpful. If one of them doesn't know the answer to my question, they know how to find the answer.

My tires were priced wrong in my quote. The price was fixed, and service was great.

While there was some misunderstanding/miscommunication on my most recent repairs, Adam and I worked it out to my satisfaction.

Will a winter storm warning in effect the place was slammed with snow tire changes. They still squeezed me in. I raced down there to get in queue by 4. The service rep was calm and friendly. I had to be a little late for pickup but "no problem" and I received and extra bonus of a comped tire switch... with a friendly smile and "this is on me". Wow! I wish I caught his name - he deserves huge accolades! Thank you guys! I'll be back.
