Big O Tires

It's a little hard to rate the above. Re: rotating of my tires and getting my wheelbarrow tire fixed, I was very happy. However, comparing what was told to me about my brake pads (thickness and safety need for replacement), by the customer service man and the auto dealership, I feel the man waiting on me was trying to sell an old lady brake pads/rotors before they are really needed. I realize they probably work for a commission but would prefer being given correct information. I still like Big O. I'll just be cautious about your advice.

I stopped in for a new battery and asked if they could do a full service and tire rotation, they were happy to do it and I had my car back in a couple of hours. Great service.

About Customer service, I asked for coffee because the pot was empty and I waited for more than 30 mins before I left and the coffee never came. Otherwise the service was good, and I as happy with my tire.

I have been bringing my car there's for several years. As well as my dad, mom & mother-in-law. Never had an issue and was always treated with respect. As a single mom I need someone to trust. I took my car in there on Saturday to have new tires put on. I was first misquoted and when I brought that up the man that was helping me was was pretty rude about the misunderstanding. I don't think he ever looked me in the eye and was just not pleasant to work with. This hopefully will not affect my future business with Big O I hope they take this into consideration.

Once again I purchased tires fro Big O - Mel was great - very friendly and helpful. Had a problem with the tire pressure sensor - and it was fixed quickly. Thank you!

I came in with a nail in my tire and of course was in a hurry, as I was late for work. Despite being packed, the Service staff (I believe his name was Nick) graciously fixed my car and got me out of there super quickly. I was so happy with the customer service that I was provided, and just wanted to say thanks for making my day!

Only concern was timing... dropped off car at 8 am did not get back until 4:30

After multiple attempts to get my snow tires put on in the high country, I made a trip to this shop in Lafayette. I was greeted by a friendly smile and was told it wouldn't be a problem getting me in right away. He turned what I thought was going to be a painful process in to an absolutely painless process.

Bought my tires in Montrose, but it deflated hitting a rock in the mountains in Boulder. I didn't have my paperwork so they got it from Montrose and the tire was replaced for 21$.

I had a great experience the night I purchased my tires and during installation. However, the morning after my new tires were installed. I woke to a flat tire. I was planning on a trip to NM, I am just glad I wasn't on the road yet. They did come to my place of employment and repair/replace damaged tire. FOr that I was grateful.
