Big O Tires

Bit of a wait for a clerk in the middle of the day. Only one guy working, but when I dealt with the person who helped me, he was very friendly.

I have used Big O tire twice since Thanksgiving. Both times Cameron in Louisville, Co. store took care of me. He was excellent . Great employee for your company.

I was impressed how well they processed the long line of people trying to beat the storm, with 4 people checking folks in.

When I arrived to have my tire checked and repaired, I was told that they were 2 hours out from being able to work on my car. But the work was done and ready in half that time! I was pleased!

Had tires rotated along with oil change Got back to the house and discovered I was missing a wheel cover (right front) was not replaced securely and must have fallen off..

Hi Adam- A few things I asked them to give you a message to call me...(Brianna) and I haven't heard from you. 2. I brought the car in on Monday and didn't get it back till 2pm on Tuesday. 3. I asked if I could get s discount or free alignment after not getting my car back(I think I received $20??) Justin was nice - everyone was nice It just took way too long and I wish the alignment was free

I already had a Big O Credit Card and knew I needed an alignment and new tires when I went to the store. Service was performed timely, by knowledgeable staff.

I would normally rate you 5's across the board. We had to wait overnight to get things finished up. I wanted to send a special thanks to Adam for jumping into a situation and taking care of us. We had some additional expense added to our bill part of which I didn't think was our responsibility. Adam over road the part that we didn't agree with. He resolved what would have been a very disgruntling situation. THANKS!!

We requested lost cost tires for an old vehicle and Big O met our requirement. We dropped the are off the night before and had to call the next afternoon to see if the car was finished. They had not started on the car. Got the car in late in the day and did finish on time.

I stopped in twice last week, once for a tire evaluation, again for windshield wiper blades. The service was fast, professional and friendly.

Adam continues to be a great asset to the big O I have trusted my cars to since that location opened in Louisville. Breana and Alex are also appreciated. They all helped me understand an unexpected problem with my car. I greatly appreciate that Alex and Breana provided rides to and from home while the problem was fixed.

Took a bit longer than expected, but they were very informative and friendly. They did a great job!

HAVE TRIED OTHER DEALERS AND TIRE SHOPS BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST!
