Big O Tires

Despite this store being very busy on a snowy day they were able to service both my CRV and my son's Civic, and complete the jobs by the promised time. I have used this Big O store for a few years now and thus far have been treated well every time I've gone in. And they don't try to push other services or products on you, which is nice. They also have a decent wireless Internet connection.

Big 0 Service Managers are always professional and present all the options to you. They had me out the door with 2 new tires in less than 30 minutes. I was a walk-in.

Overall, very good experience. The wait time extended far beyond what I was originally told, but they moved me ahead in line when I pointed out the issue.

Having purchased new tires, alignment was not mentioned! I asked if it was done as I was checking out, and then it was offered with a charge and another 30-40 minute wait! this was annoying!

Acceptable rating on customer service

I had a screw in my tire and was on a very tight schedule but the guys were nice enough to work me in and get me back on the road within an hour. They were so helpful and courteous I will be back when I need tires.
