Bri was friendly and efficient. The first tine I came to get my tire checked since it kept losing air, she told me it would be about an hour. I opted to return the next day and she remembered my situation and there was no wait and no charge since it was under warranty. My experience every visit since i got my first set of tires has been great. Thank you to Bri and the rest of the team at the Louisville location!

I love this Big O! They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have had many flat tires fixed and purchased tires multiple times. I highly recommend them.

Got big O brand tires a while back and they come w/ free tire rotation every 5K. They are usually pretty quick with those also. Took less than 15 min.

I picked-up a flat from a nail in the road. The fact that Big O keeps a bay open for flats is so smart and so convenient. In an out as soon as the car was brought in. And, was under warranty. All fixed with a smile and no charge. True customer service!!
