Big O Tires

I was nerves going in alone. But they are amazing got me in and out in a timely manner.

I came at the end of the day and they were still passionate about getting my car in the shop and completed before closing. They were on target helping decide the right tires for my car and communicating with me throughout the entire process. Expertise was spot on for the alignment and tire installation. Great job!!

Big O has been a great place since they opened in Loiusville. I've been buying all my tires and have had a lot of different mechanical problems taken care of. Adam has been really great to work with. He's knowable about about everything that's going on at his business and treats me and everyone I know that goes there with respect and is very courteous. I've dealt with other Big Os and they've all been good. Keep it up.

My son's Honda Element had a tire that looked like it was losing air. The service folks at Big O saw a small metal shard causing the problem. They took care of it, filled the tire back up and had my son on his way in less than 15 minutes from walking in the door. Awesome! Thank you.

After discovering I had a flat, I went to the Big O shop in Louisville on a Saturday. Although they were busy, the front desk service provider, Bree, was both friendly and got the car in for repair quickly. I was out of there in no time. It was a very good experience. I would not hesitate bringing my car back there for tire servicing.

Adam Freeman greeted me as I walked into the shop. My tire was flat and he immediately wrote up a service ticket to be taken care of. I had 3 nails and was shown the damage to the tire. I ended up needing a new tire. Adam was very kind and helpful!
