I stopped by to inquire about 2 times having slow leaks, expecting to schedule an appointment or make arrangements to leave the car and pick it up later. Adam greeted me right away, looked at the tires, took my information and I was in and out in about an hour..It was a great surprise and an extremely positive experience.

I have been a Big O customer for over 20 years, they remember me and offer above-and-beyond service that is at a level above any other store to begin with. This time the associate did not try to convince me that I needed more expensive tires when he listened to my driving habits.

I appreciated you checking the air in the spare and putting it back underneath for me. Your team was very informative on the life expectancy and wear on the tires, as well as the service model in case I get a puncture, or need road side help.

I came in for leaking struts and a timing belt change. It turned out that I had the Volvo customer service do the timing belt 20,000 miles ago. Adam found the sticker with the mileage and didn't charge me for the work. He was very understanding
