Big O Tires

I've been coming to to your store for 6 years now. I still came even when I lived a 100miles away. Adam is a great manager. The staff is good and knowledgeable. This visit I asked for bead packs and a rotation. I got the bead packs but the kid forgot to rotate the tires. So now I have to go back this Friday to get that done again. I waited 2 1/2 hours to get this done. Just a little upsetting. Other than that, we have always been taken care of properly. I will still recommend your store.

Even when busy with lots of people trying to get their winter tires, they always take the time to work with everyone's needs.

Terrific store. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and I trust them to take good care of me.

Auto service shops have been intimidating for me in the past. I never feel that with the Big O staff in Louisville--they are ALWAYS courteous and fun and professional. My visit this week was great as always. Justin was friendly, helpful, and knowledge. Great job!

I've been to this store several times, and the people working there are just incredible friendly, always polite and helpful. It just feels local, and not intimidating at all. Will definitely keep going back.

I went in to Big O tires a few weeks prior to get an estimate on the front end maintenance that would be done, as a second opinion from a mechanic friend. The staff at Big O tires was very friendly and confirmed that all of the same work needed to be done. They were professional and very understanding that I would be having the work done by a friend instead of Big O. The staff did not try to convince me otherwise. It was because of this lack of a salesman attitude that I returned to Big O for the needed alignment, even when I had a coupon to go elsewhere for a cheaper alignment. I could tell customer service was above any sale there.

I had to check on a leak - they took care of getting a new tire because of a nail. Done very well with an nice explanation and tire rotation while the tire was replaced.

Justin was great and helped me out and got me in and out and was super polite and made it a great experience

From the person who wrote up my order and took my payment all the way through the final mechanic who touched the car, I received prompt, efficient, friendly service at a reasonable price. I would like to especially commend the mechanic who caught me as I was leaving, and wanted to double check that they had replaced the cabin air filter (this was on the work order with several other things, and apparently got overlooked.) If he had not caught this, I NEVER would have caught it, and not being a life-or-death matter, it would have gone unnoticed. In other words, the shop could easily have gotten away with not doing this, but they caught the omission and took care of it.

I Purchased a set of four tires for my Car, the tires were ordered from a distribution center which has great variety in types and styles and brands of tires, and i made an appointment for next day and was serviced in a very expeditious manner. I also had a alignment check , i knew that the car was out of alignment and they showed me computer read out that showed exact measurements and adjustments made. My 2015 hyundai sonata now runs straight and true . Thank you all at Big-O
