Big O Tires

Went in for tire rotation. My car would not start so tested the battery and found it was dead. Thank goodness I was there! They installed new battery for me right away.

I took our car in because the tire pressure light had come on. They checked all my tire pressures and found that all of them were low so they inflated the tires and sent me on my way. They were all very nice and never charged me a dime. Will be back.

I saw a nail in my tire at 5:35pm at the gas station drove to big o knowing they were getting ready to close everyone was very nice and took my car back to fix it. I appreciated that they were kind knowing that they want to go home!!

I brought a tire in -- they had to order another one for me -- and it was in stock the next day. I picked it up and it was mounted and balanced. It was great service as usual. I'm very pleased with the management at Big O Tires!!

I came in on a spare tire and asked if someone could patch my tire. I spoke with Adam. I expected that he would say to leave the tire there and they'd look at it tomorrow and get back to me (like the last tire store had said). But he asked for the keys and said it would take an hour! So I went shopping and when I came back it was done. I told him I really appreciate it because I have a long commute from Lafayette to Fort Morgan, where I go each day to teach middle school. Then he said it would be no charge, since he knew I would be back! (I just passed 100k miles and he warned me I needed new struts). Anyhow, I was so thrilled to not waste my very last day of vacation waiting for the car to be finished. And I appreciated the service and care....

Matt, Your store is very convenient for me, but I come in because of Adam. He is always so respectful and helpful. I needed new tires and a oil and lube done and he was able to get the exact tires I wanted and all the work done the day after I originally came in, since he had to order the tires I wanted. The gentlemen who did the alignment was awesome as well and I apologize i cant remember his name. Best shop in Boulder County hands down.

Its almost an hour drive for me to go to thia location. But I only trust Brian to work on my car. I recently bought 4 new Bfgoodrich tires from thia location! Its like driving a new car!

I came to get my TPP program balance and tire rotation. Got done in a reasonable time. And for the first time, on this my second set of Michelins, I was given a detailed explanation of what the plan covers being having the need of on the road assistance for so little as just being out of gasoline to needing a flat repair at an out of network facility and even being covered on a towing charge should I need it. Very nice plan that TPP. . I like your survey format of all the questions being on the same page as I will only do once the ones that make you go to the next page after every single check box before you actually get to the end of it. . Everyone is shocked that Big O was able to complete a valve cover replacement service on my Jetta. I was only mildly surprised, as I've been a satisfied customer for years.
