Big O Tires

Had them replace a faulty plug that was leaking. Had it done and back up and running ina couple hours!

Bre and Yoyo were extremely helpful. I had a piece of metal in my tire that had to be removed. They checked it, removed it, and I was on my way in no time. The tire did not need to be patched. Thank you.

The management and staff took the time to make everything right for me after a series of bad oil changes last week or so.I am glad to do further business with them.

We'll keep coming back to Big O. They had a great selection and price for the tire size and tread we were looking for....way better than Costco in this department. We've been happily using Big O and Big O tires for both our vehicles for years now. We thought we'd go back and try Costco for our Honda Element this last time but found the selection, price and the service to be inferior to Big O.

I came outside from a store to find my battery completely dead. There was no warning (usually starting the car gets tougher for a few times before the battery dies). Fortunately, Big O Tires was still open. Cameron came right over, jumped my car's battery so I could drive it to Big O, and when I parked, he immediately got me a replacement battery and installed it right there where I was parked. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and professional - they always are at that Big O Tires location.

When my car needed a new slave cylinder, Big O did the job. When I came back a week later with the same proble., they figured out the line needed bleeding. Finally, with the problem still not solved completely, it was discovered that the lines needed to be replaced. It was during that repair that a leak in the master cylinder was the root of the continuing problem. There was no part closer than Japan, so a piece of line of the right size was found locally, and the skilled mechanic fabricated the necessary part! I am so very grateful for the kindness, persistence, and skills of Adam, Cameron and all the others involved to get my car going again!!
