Big O Tires

Needed my tires filled and they did it quickly and courteously.

Adam has been always very helpful.

All staff have been wonderful at this location.

Justin was a great help and did everything he said they would do.

Came in with some nails in my tires, was treated well and had the problem fixed for free in less than an hour, despite it being busy. Earned a customer.

I was at the end of a long line to get tires as a big snow storm was coming the next day. They stayed 2 hours late at the shop to fit me in. Great service!

Have been taking my cars here for 20 years. Adam and the crew are the best. They not only service oil and tires but have consistently fixed my mechanical issues (old car) and kept me on the road Long after my car should have been dead. They are honest and knowledgeable and there is nothing more valuable to me than to be able to trust who I do business with. It's why I keep coming back. They've gone above and beyond multiple times over for me over the years. They are simply the best.

Adam Freeman has helped me in the past, and about 3 weeks ago i took my new car in to get a repair on my driver side tire, it was repaired and his customer service in my situation was AWESOME! on sat the 12th i returned to get an oil change (bre had set an apt for me the week prior) i arrived at 11:50 (my apt was at 12) - time had went it was then about 12:25 and still my car was in the parking lot, Adam had arrived to his desk (he was not there when i checked in, i looked for him 1st) - i went up to him at that time asked if the crew was behind, he said probably... i said ok well i will wait :( he said i will take care of it,,, i told him that i was not asked by the guy who checked me in if i needed anything extra like wipers or anything, and told Adam i did,, he then put the request in and with in 10 minutes my car was pulled back, he provided me; when my car was completed a discount coupon for my wipers, (mail in rebate) - he was with another customer so Bre checked me out, - both agents are AWESOME!!!! i recall Adam from years past when i had tires replaced on my jeep and my sons acura, and every time i have dealt with him he was always so professional and kind, and always works to a persons needs, i will now truly remember him from the day my tire was fixed a few weeks ago! i will stand in line to wait for HIM! not to say others such as Bre are not as helpful, but its like a "hair sytlest' once you have one you like you see the same person, so no offence but when I come in I will ask for Adam - unless he is Not There, i will work with someone else .. if hes busy - i will wait. All you agents need to work like him - on the ball, ask for additional things like i needed wipers and the guy didn't ask me, ask if i dont mind the little wait because crew is behind.... things that make you feel you want to come back. Adam made me feel that Big O is my place now... so ill definitely be back

Bre took care of me. Had a tire that was going low and setting off the TPMS indicator. She had her guys look into it. Turns out there was some junk (maybe magnesium chloride) in the tire bead, which they cleaned out. Refilled with air and sent me on my way with no charge. Fast and easy.

I have never had a bad experience with Big O and have been very pleased
