Big O Tires

I came in for leaking struts and a timing belt change. It turned out that I had the Volvo customer service do the timing belt 20,000 miles ago. Adam found the sticker with the mileage and didn't charge me for the work. He was very understanding

Needed my oil changed and tires rotated and Adam took care of it, very happy with the service I always receive at the store.

Friendly service with a sense of humor--I always appreciate that. We were greeted immediately and taken care of without a wait. The service person was apologetic that we would have to wait a day for the tires to be available and concerned that we might need the car back more quickly (which we didn't). We get all our tires from Big O and we are always satisfied with the product, service and warranty.
