I scheduled an appointment with Big O because of my step dad's great experience and proximity to our house. Adam was our salesman and he was wonderful, he was knowledgeable about the tires our truck needed and genuinely cared about what we were looking for. There was no pushy sale and no misunderstanding each other. The service was fast and clean, in and out within an hour! When we picked up the truck there was no surprise cost, Adam was honest in what it was going to cost out the door. He knew we were moving and suggested sister locations to go to that could do services for us in the future. He wished us luck on the move.
