Adam was great to work with during my visit.

I was greeted by name when I arrived, and assured that all work was on schedule. I had asked for an oil change and Alignment. After visiting the (spotless) Rest Room, I settled in one of the comfy chairs to watch TV while reading a magazine about Motor Homes. An assocoate told me when my car was taken to the work srea. When the work was completed, thatassociate reviewed the alignment chart while explaining that alignment was now perfect.

Went in early the techs were able to get to my car and patch my tires quickly.

The service was fast and efficient. I had damaged a year old tire beyond repair and it was covered under the big o warranty and replaced for just $23. I had worried it would cost much more. Chase helped me and was great.

We have been going to this Big O Tires for many many years because we feel like friends of this store. Andy has been at this store for a long time and remembers about family conversations and shares his life as well. This is why we purchase our tires from this store and trust the motivation of the mechanics.

Adam is great. bought many sets tires from him. Bought set 2 and 3 of three purchased this month from Big o. Your payment methods could be improved though.

I needed my tires rotated and checked. I was told an and they were ready when I came back. Can' ask for more than that!

The price was much more fair than the dealership quoted me. Brie was super positive and treated my wife very well. She made her feel comfortable waiting for the maintenance to be done. The store was super clean and my wife even commented that she didn’t expect it to be so nice. Brie offered to get an employee to shuttle my wife home to wait if necessary. She also said if there was no available staff to shuttle my wife home that she would personally do it! That’s above and beyond. The work took way less time than expected and the work was done well. Thank you.
