I've been going to Big O in Louisville for a number of years. Always a good experience.

I had a flat tire and you fixed it for free. I have always gone to discount tire but I will now consider big o when the time comes to replace these tires

Came in with some nails in my tires, was treated well and had the problem fixed for free in less than an hour, despite it being busy. Earned a customer.

I walked into the store and I needed my tire pressure checked. Then I saw that they have windshield wipers, which I needed. I asked if they could replace my wipers. They had to get one of the wipers from Napa auto parts and have it sent over. They did not hesitate to help me and replace everything and check my tire pressure. They are always very helpful and explain everything in detail. The evening that I stopped by, it was after 5pm and I had a very long day at work, their help was so appreciated, as always!

Customer service was fantastic. friendly, knowledgeable. We were able to get our vehicle in right away to fix a worrisome pinon seal leak.

As usual Adam provided great service and completed the work on time.

I had my snow tires put on my car. During previous visits, I've always had to come back to get the TPS calibrated. I ask every time for them to calibrate the TPS so I don't have to come back. This time they calibrated it so no return visit was needed!

I always have a great experience at Big O Tire - the service is friendly and quick and the team always fix the problem. I never go anywhere else in the area for my tire needs.
