The gentleman who helped me out was quick, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely come to this location again.

Had to get one of my big O tires replaced under the warranty. I didn't have my paperwork and bought my original tires from a different location, they took my keys and sent me on my way and told me that they would work on the paperwork. I didn't have to work I just drop my keys off and picked my car up in mint condition. Dylan was my service clerk and he was very patient and helpful,he is a strong asset to their team. I have a lifetime warranty on the tires on my car right now, I have had zero hassle when needing help. It was definitely worth the money, I recommend getting the lifetime warranty big O tires they are great for all seasons and hey, last you a lifetime!

I have been going to this location for all of my families tire needs for over 20 years and would not think of any other store. I just needed a 2 wheel cart tire to be repaired, a little embarrassed to bring such a small tire in, the sales person said right away” we work on all tires”! Not only did they fix it, but replaced the tire due to a crack, that they had in stock!! Off the charts awesome service that brings me back every time. Thank you Big O!!

Tom was exceptionally friendly and helpful in handling my need for a new battery. He was fun to talk with and had the job finished up in record time. Tom called me as soon as it was finished, and parked it out front so that I could pick it up later in the day. This visit and all of my others in the 4 years that I have been using Louisville Big O Tires, have been with exceptional and knowledgeable personnel who are delightful to work with.

I noticed Saturday morning I had a tire nearly flat. I went to a dealer in Lafayette I have been to previously but they were too busy, so I called the Louisville Big O and was invited to come over. They got my vehicle in immediately, fixed the flat ( a nail), and refused payment! I will be coming back for my winter tires.

I have always been confident my car is safe to drive and has been looked over for any needed services or repairs.

I rolled down the driver's side window and it wouldn't roll back up. I called Big O Tires and they said to drive it in and they'd take a look at it. As I waited I asked if they could change the oil and rotate the tires as well and just to check everything because I was about to take a road trip out of state. Ended up fixing two door windows and having my radiator replaced and hoses. I felt such peace of mind just knowing they took care of everything and even without an appointment. My car was finished the next day. Now I can go enjoy my grand-kids for Christmas. Thank you Big O Tires! Merry Christmas!
