I have been a customer at Big O Tires in Louisville for over 20 years. I go to Big O because of Adam. He is very professional, knowledgeable and exhibits exceptional customer service. Adam has been at this store as long as I can remember. I like a business with consistency a friendly face and a person who displays trust and sincerity.

in and out for a short flat repair, other places would have taken an hour.

When I got to Big I I expected to wait for my service as it usually takes a while. Tom got my information instantly and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Tom has excellent customer service and kept me up to date on how my vehicle was.

Adam always done a great job and offers excellent service. His guys know what they are doing and they provide good service.
