Big O Tires

I took my vehicle in for an estimate on something I needed fixed. Cameron called me back with a quote quickly and after I agreed to the charge, they got to work on the vehicle promptly. I was able to pick up my vehicle shortly after with the issue resolved. Great work and service!!

Adam is the best customer service guy ever. He is incredibly knowledgeable and low-pressure. He recommended a rear brake service when I was in for a tire rotation a few months ago. Sure enough, the pads were worn down pretty thin and the rotors were scored as well. I took the car in for a quote today and decided to go ahead and get it done. Only 90 minutes later it was ready! And I can really tell a difference in the braking even tho the rears are only doing 30% of the work. Super smooth and quiet. Will definitely return when the front brakes need service. I always enjoy coming by BigO, great people and service! Thank you all for a great experience.

I have been a customer and big fan of the Louisville Big O for many years. The boys there are always very helpful, honest and very responsive. They seem like they work hard! I love all that comes with buying Big O tires - free repairs and now 24/7 road service. Fantastic.

I had Matt and Adam helping me. I wanted to purchase new tires and wheels for my jeep. They helped me get all of the correct sizes of everything. My wheels were ordered and once they were in I scheduled an appointment. The service was outstanding. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful Through the whole process. I will be going there now for all of the maintenance required on my jeep including oil changes and tire rotation’s. Being a woman sometimes it can be intimidating to Have work done on a vehicle. They made me feel at ease. A wonderful experience

I have been here before several times and I am never disappointed. I was welcomed in by Ken. He took the time to help me find what I needed and at a good price. He didn't have the tires in stock, but called while I was standing there and got them ordered and on the way. I came back after they were delivered and they were put on quicker than he estimated. I come here because I feel valued and that the sales staff always help me find a great deal.

My visit was perfect! I was greeted, was able to set an appointment and my car was ready ahead of the estimated time. This was my first visit to your Big O location and I'll definitely be back. Thanks!

They were incredibly helpful and supportive. I am inexperienced with dealing with car issues and they told me what I needed to know in a reassuring way without being overwhelming. It was a very positive experience for what could have been a stressful experience for me :)

Great customer experience! These guys really focused on prompt attention and service. I called in advance, they gave me a follow up call to let me know the tires had arrived from their warehouse, and installed them within an hour.

Calm, kind, polite service person who offered me a chair and did not charge me for checking the alignment. Phone personnel was also cheerful, kind, and accommodating. Nice experience!
