Big O Tires

I already had a Big O Credit Card and knew I needed an alignment and new tires when I went to the store. Service was performed timely, by knowledgeable staff.

Adam continues to be a great asset to the big O I have trusted my cars to since that location opened in Louisville. Breana and Alex are also appreciated. They all helped me understand an unexpected problem with my car. I greatly appreciate that Alex and Breana provided rides to and from home while the problem was fixed.

Been going here for many years. Almost all of the visits have been great. Once, about a year ago there was a visit where I felt there was an effort to upsell me the 'fix of the day', but all my other visits have always been great. Staff is friendly, service is quick and always done without any issues.

HAVE TRIED OTHER DEALERS AND TIRE SHOPS BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST!

It was easy, quick and I felt the recommendations being made were honest with no high pressure tactics.

I stopped in for a new battery and asked if they could do a full service and tire rotation, they were happy to do it and I had my car back in a couple of hours. Great service.

I have been bringing my car there's for several years. As well as my dad, mom & mother-in-law. Never had an issue and was always treated with respect. As a single mom I need someone to trust. I took my car in there on Saturday to have new tires put on. I was first misquoted and when I brought that up the man that was helping me was was pretty rude about the misunderstanding. I don't think he ever looked me in the eye and was just not pleasant to work with. This hopefully will not affect my future business with Big O I hope they take this into consideration.

Tire need to be replaced as there was a big chunk of metal in it. They replaced it for free and only charged me for mount and balance

I came in with a nail in my tire and of course was in a hurry, as I was late for work. Despite being packed, the Service staff (I believe his name was Nick) graciously fixed my car and got me out of there super quickly. I was so happy with the customer service that I was provided, and just wanted to say thanks for making my day!

I had new tires put on a car in Altoona Iowa and while driving the car to Lafayette, co. to give my son the car, it was shaking. Called ahead and you got us in right away and it was a tire balance. Now my son has the car and will be doing business with you.
