Big O Tires

Even when busy with lots of people trying to get their winter tires, they always take the time to work with everyone's needs.

I usually see Aaron, but I saw Mike (I think that was his name). Best and fastest service ever! Been coming here a long time and I do recommend to others. He was super nice.

Auto service shops have been intimidating for me in the past. I never feel that with the Big O staff in Louisville--they are ALWAYS courteous and fun and professional. My visit this week was great as always. Justin was friendly, helpful, and knowledge. Great job!

This was under warranty and they got the new tire in a couple of hours and told me to just come over, didn't need an appointment

I went in to Big O tires a few weeks prior to get an estimate on the front end maintenance that would be done, as a second opinion from a mechanic friend. The staff at Big O tires was very friendly and confirmed that all of the same work needed to be done. They were professional and very understanding that I would be having the work done by a friend instead of Big O. The staff did not try to convince me otherwise. It was because of this lack of a salesman attitude that I returned to Big O for the needed alignment, even when I had a coupon to go elsewhere for a cheaper alignment. I could tell customer service was above any sale there.

I was immediately greeted more than once and the staff was ready for anything I could need. Everything was communicated sufficiently and the work was done at an acceptable pace.

Justin was great and helped me out and got me in and out and was super polite and made it a great experience

Service was prompt, professional, and cordial. Took care of a problem caused by a different shop ( poorly done wheel alignment).

From the person who wrote up my order and took my payment all the way through the final mechanic who touched the car, I received prompt, efficient, friendly service at a reasonable price. I would like to especially commend the mechanic who caught me as I was leaving, and wanted to double check that they had replaced the cabin air filter (this was on the work order with several other things, and apparently got overlooked.) If he had not caught this, I NEVER would have caught it, and not being a life-or-death matter, it would have gone unnoticed. In other words, the shop could easily have gotten away with not doing this, but they caught the omission and took care of it.

The service was excellent, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and convenient. The store is clean and tidy and there is plenty of seating to wait. The waiting time was a bit long (two hours waiting for a flat tire repair) but not different from other places.

These guys n gals are the BEST!

I'm very loyal to the excellent service and value that Matt's team delivers.
