I was greeted before getting out of my car! The waiting area was clean and chairs comfy. The associate who returned my keys explained exactly what had been done.

I came in with a screw in my tire. Justin was extremely helpful and my tire was fixed in under 30 minutes. I am so thankful for the speedy and professional service. I have been to this location several time and the service is always topnotch.

The Big O Tires in Louisville, CO was great, called and asked if I could come in for an oil change with no appointment and they said yeah, bring it in and we’ll have it done by the end of the day! dropped my car off around 1 and picked it up only 2 hours later! Had a previous appointment with another Big O in Broomfield, associates there were unhelpful, cancelled my appointment without any follow up or reason besides “we are stacked with appointments right now.” Big O and louisville is 10/10, the staff is incredible!

My son needed new rotors and pads on the front of his Prius. The boulder Big O store quoted him over $500. I contacted Bri at the store that I use all the time, and was quoted about $350. I made an appointment, dropped the car off at 8 in the morning and by 9:30 they called me back the car was complete in the total of the job was $356. The best staff top to bottom.

The employees are always very helpful. If one of them doesn't know the answer to my question, they know how to find the answer.
