No problems they have done a good job with my Nissan frontier

It was already a very stressful week wth the Marshal Fire, my bike being stolen, and losing my sons school to the fire. Then I hit my car into a curb with the new snow and I needed a new control arm and struts. They were so sweet and fixed everything so quickly!

Communication was clear and pricing was good. Ease of scheduling an appointment was nice. I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. Didn't end up getting the wheel alignment due to a fire evacuation.

The person who checked me in was very helpful -my phone was taking forever to pull up the oil change coupon so he printed one out for me. When I picked up my car there were some areas of concern and the person helping me pulled up a diagram on Google and was easily able to explain the problem.

We have all our autos serviced there and they all have shoes from Big O Louisville. Adam is awesome and always steers us straight. The team there stands by their work. Tires, brakes, oil change, this is the place to go!

We were able to drop the car off on Sunday due to the key drop-box location, and then they had started working on it before I even called the next morning. The associate found the warranty information in the glovebox (the tires had been purchased at another Big O location) and applied it without me even being asked. Basically, this store is always quick, friendly and does their best to save us money. So glad they are within walking distance of me!

Our family was on vacation and we had a nail in tire and stopped to have fixed. They got us in immediately, fixed it and didnt want to charge us. The service tech was very personable, helpful and understanding. I could not have been more pleased and appreciative. Don't remember service techs name but he was a young man from Thorton.

Chris and Bre were wonderful to work with. They take care of their customers like family. They got me in and out super quickly!
