The skid plate on my front passenger side tire came off, and they fixed it for free! These guys are amazing.

They were able to get me in quickly, as the other/non-affiliated shop had me bring in my car all day and still couldn’t get to it! Big-O got everything done in the time they stated for $100 less than quoted! They also cleaned the sap off my wipers instead of charging me for replacement. Talk about honesty… we’ll be back, for any and everything.

I have always depended on Big O to care for my cars and have never been disappointed in the service! Thank you!!

The employees were polite and clear about what I needed. They ordered the tire I needed and scheduled a time for me to come in the following day to have it installed. One of the guys chatted with me a bit while I waited. I didn’t feel rushed, confused or ripped off.

Big O Tires has been my go-to for service on my family's vehicles. They always treat me well and keep me in the loop on the service of my vehicles.

Nice to see some changes are coming, this Big O lost our business recently due to service and management, but having Adam there and discussing some of the changes that may be in place may bring us back.
