Big O Tires

Have had low tires filled, a patch for a nail, changing over summer to snows and back. I have always had a great experience. The guys are always very friendly and accommodating. This time, they even drove me home (1 1/2 miles) because the wait was an hour. Wow! To go to a service business where people smile and don't over charge... or charge at all for little things is so rare these days! Thank you, Jimmy for your service today. : ) Happy camper.

The manager dealt with a VERY difficult customer before me very professionally. I would have came unglued on the guy but she kept her cool. A+

I've been doing business with this store for 10+ years. They've always met and exceeded all my expectations on tires and service for all of my vehicles, and even saved me several hundred dollars on a service they recommended and later discovered I didn't need... and put the vehicle back together at no charge after discovering the error. This is the best service location I've found in the state, and I continue to be a return customer.

They were able to take my car for service the save day I called. Most people I called could not. Timely friendly service

During a routine oil change, I elected to get a standard 75K mile service of additional fluids (steering, front differential, rear differential) as these are maintenance item not easy to do at home, without a lift, or cheaper, even if I have 50 year's experience repairing vehicles. Nor can one dispose of or recycle the used fluids properly. As I drove away I noticed some drive sound was missing. Ride was much quieter. One or both of the differentials were quite happy. The 2006 toyota tacoma vehicle has been well maintained and has low miles, but time does break down lubes. I will review the improvement over a longer trip into the mountains soon. I'm glad I took advantage of the additional services. While I decoded recently to replace my daughters 4 runner radiator myself, to save her money, I was quite happy to spend my savings on Big O services for the recommended 75k service on my truck.

I was fully satisfied with my visit and the servicing of my vehicle.

I delayed the switch to snow tires because I dreaded the wait. When I stopped in, the customer service rep offered the option to come on a different day when the wait would be a lot less. I took him up on his recommendation and he was right. I was on my way in no time with snow tires on and advice to consider new ones next year. Yay!

The Louisville store has been my “Tire Store” For 20+ years, because they stand behind the products!! I had picked up a nail or something and they had it fixed and I was back on the road in less than an hour!! I cannot think of a reason to buy tires anywhere else. Thank you!!

Big O offered to replace cabin air filters to any victims from the Marshal Fire Disaster. They were polite, kind and courteous. I also replaced my engine air filter which I paid for. They had the filters waiting when I walked in the door and took care of it immediately. Great service from everyone there that I dealt with.

It was a pleasant experience yesterday. Chase was friendly and very nice. The service was excellent!!

Associate ordered the brand/size tires that I requested. Even though the shop was extremely busy, I was able to drop the vehicle and have them installed the next business day. The value for the price is exceptional.

Bree got me a Big O set of tires with a approved Credit Card at 5:30pm and I believe his name said Burro(nickname)?, got my tires on even though they close at 6:00. They were awesome!

The entire process from beginning to end was very straight forward. Staff was friendly.
