This was my second visit to this Big O Tires, and I was very pleased. The first time, they patched my tire on the spot, for free! Because of this experience, I decided to go back for my oil change. It was very routine and speedy. They did a great job.

As always, service was performed in a timely manner. It was a busy day in the shop and the associate provided a projected completion time. As soon as the vehicle was ready, they contacted me for pick up.
