This Big O has always provided great service and value. Customer with 4 vehicles, over a decade of fair and friendly service.

I can in with a slow leak and was out in less than an hour. The rice was right too, free.

My lawn tractor tire was flat and I couldn't get it to take air. Adam Freeman took the tire, had it inspected, determined there was no leak and had it filled with air in 4 minutes. And he didn't charge me. i'll do more business with this store. Thanks Adam.

On March 31st, 20, Justin greeted me at the car with an engaging smile. He provided me excellent customer service. I brought my Pontiac in for an oil change. I also thanked him & the team for helping me buy snow tires, putting them on & making sure my rims were clean so I wouldn't have intermittent low tire issues in the winter. My husband & I are regular customers & they treated me like a friend they wanted to take care of. You can't get that kind of service anywhere. Especially, nowadays. Thanks Again

The manager (can’t recall his name unfortunately) was super helpful with recommendations. He clearly knew tires really well and his suggestion turned out to be spot on. Shop was great. Super impressed and will return for next purchase again for sure!
