My car had broken tie rod had it towed in and they took care of me immediately ordered the parts and I had my car back Tuesday it was towed in at 11 pm Friday night the staff very friendly and helpful w my finance options

I had to check on a leak - they took care of getting a new tire because of a nail. Done very well with an nice explanation and tire rotation while the tire was replaced.

I Purchased a set of four tires for my Car, the tires were ordered from a distribution center which has great variety in types and styles and brands of tires, and i made an appointment for next day and was serviced in a very expeditious manner. I also had a alignment check , i knew that the car was out of alignment and they showed me computer read out that showed exact measurements and adjustments made. My 2015 hyundai sonata now runs straight and true . Thank you all at Big-O

Working with Adam is always a great experience. I had priced some tires with a competitor after an initial estimate from Big O. I talked to Adam after doing that and without hesitation he matched the slightly lower price I had found, even allowing me to use a coupon from a different provider for an alignment. We have had the pleasure of being Big O customers for many years, at the Louisville store in particular and this result is typical. I like the friendly attitude there, and my wife is completely comfortable with the products and service as well.

Brie is always so great to work with. She has me covered as returning customer every 6 to 8 weeks when I come in for my oil change and rotation.
