Big O Tires

I stopped in for a new battery and asked if they could do a full service and tire rotation, they were happy to do it and I had my car back in a couple of hours. Great service.

The staff were super nice, and when I came in with my grandpa to get new tires on my car, they explained everything in a clear way, especially the pricing.

I have been bringing my car there's for several years. As well as my dad, mom & mother-in-law. Never had an issue and was always treated with respect. As a single mom I need someone to trust. I took my car in there on Saturday to have new tires put on. I was first misquoted and when I brought that up the man that was helping me was was pretty rude about the misunderstanding. I don't think he ever looked me in the eye and was just not pleasant to work with. This hopefully will not affect my future business with Big O I hope they take this into consideration.

I came in with a nail in my tire and of course was in a hurry, as I was late for work. Despite being packed, the Service staff (I believe his name was Nick) graciously fixed my car and got me out of there super quickly. I was so happy with the customer service that I was provided, and just wanted to say thanks for making my day!

Very grateful for the free flat repair. Have used this location many times and will continue to do so.

Bre Digsby got my scheduled routine oil change done promptly on my wife's highlander, and she was able to quote me a used but available single wheel and 4 new tires for my Tacoma. I learned that after the wreck we were in Saturday, that busted one tire and wheel that my half worn tread would not match up within 3/32" [0.09375"] as is necessary for proper 4x4 safe operation. Means I need 4 new tires and a good wheel to be fixed up correctly. This is going to be added to the bill for my repairs. Bre saved me the money on 3 new tires as the bill will be paid by the insurance company of the driver cited for reckless driving in our accident. Bre also point ne to a trusted body shop that dies frame straightening correctly as Big O aligns same and know their work to be good. Bre is commended for her polite care and help.

Bought my tires in Montrose, but it deflated hitting a rock in the mountains in Boulder. I didn't have my paperwork so they got it from Montrose and the tire was replaced for 21$.
