I work at the king soopers next to big o. I have worked there for 11 years and have done business with you several times. I noticed a nail in my tire on Sunday so I thought I would have you fix it while I was working. I dropped it off at around 7am and it was done when I got off at 11. I asked the manager how much and he said no charge I was very surprised.Not only did I have great service but it was at no charge.Thank you for treating me so well.

I was greeted immediately, before I got out of my car, in a very friendly manner. Tje chairs I waited in were very comfortable as I watched TV. Checking out was very easy.

I have been a customer of this store for at least 20 years. They have always been an excellent repair shop as well as providing tires. I have them do all my service. The only time I go anywhere else is when I am told they don’t do something.

The person I talked to fully explained what might happen and actually talked me out of an option I might have paid for as it could have been detrimental to the vehicle. It is nice to see someone put the customer ahead of just taking in money.

Came in with a tire that was losing air pressure, and didn't have an appointment. The team had me in and out under an hour, including removing a large screw from the tire and fixing the flat. Great work, much appreciated!
