Big O Tires

I was calling all Big O stores looking for a specific tire. I was told that this tire was discontinued, and would need to call each store to see if they had one available. Having called several stores, knowing that this may be like looking for a needle in a haystack. I was surprised to have the pleasure of speaking with Adam, he helped with my search, and said he would do some research and get back with me. Not only did he get back with me, but he was able to locate a tire in CA. He went way beyond all of the other store employees, as none offered any assistance other than to tell me they had none in stock. I too am in customer service, as I work for a collision repair shop. I was in search for this tire trying to help a customer out, and you made my day as well as my customers. I was so impressed with Adam, and can't thank him enough for his help in this matter. I will use use your shop as a resource and recommend you to my family and friends. Thanks again!!!

I brought my vehicle in for alignment and it was completed right away within 15 minutes of it being taken into the shop. When I left the facility I noticed the wheel was off center and brought it to the attention of the service staff. The service technician took it back another time and it was completed to my full satisfaction. All work was completed in less than an hour. Thanks Big O Tires of Louisville!

I got a flat tire after hours. I left my car in the Big O parking lot and left my keys in their drop box. The next morning they had the car tires switched and I was ready to go by 10am! It was easy to make payment online.

Even though the wait was long, my tire got patched and has been working perfectly ever since. And - there was no charge! Your floor personnel (two women - sorry, I don't know their names) are better than any tire store I've ever been in, hands down. As a former loyal Boulder Big O customer, I've been coming to the Louisville store since I got a flat nearby a year ago - and I'm now a loyal Louisville Big O customer. The difference is palpable.

As soon as I came in I was greeted with a smile, I was told in detail what would be happening woth my services for my tires. I was having a bad Monday, but my customer service was so great I walked out with a smile and knowing that I did not need to worry about my services today.

Adam is always great when I come in. It was a bad weather day, where the store had to close early, and I just had a car with two flats towed about 7 miles to your store. Given that we were in the midst of a blizzard, Adam was gracious enough to offer me a ride home. I didn't take him up on his offer, but I thought it was awesome of him to even consider how I was going to get home in the severe weather. Adam is the main reason why I come back to your store, consistently. Thank you and thanks to your staff, especially Adam.

The owner operator was on site and actually helped us and spent time explaining the process and options. So helpful and nice.

Great team at this location. Have always taken good care of us. Was totally impressed that they didn't charge me for a tire repair. Definitely recommend them.

Everything was fine. But they NEED more help. Only 2 guys in back everyday and 1 in front. Needs signs saying Hiring!
