Rep was polite and knowledgeable. Let me know replacement tire would not arrive until the next day but called me when it arrived in the afternoon and I was able to get it installed that day.

Efficient and quick quality service, which was non standard

Had tires for my car in stock and ware available to install promptly. The location is near several shopping and food places, so it was a fairly comfortable time. Awesome staff as always, never steered me wrong. I primarily came back because of the staff.

I've been using Big O for years and have always received great service! Yesterday was no exception. Justin helped me with my old car loosing air in it's tire. Checked the tire, determined that it was the the rim and sealed it up. No charge for the service because I have Big O tires on my car!!! Thanks Justin!

The on-line booking app for the appointment was simple, clear and successful. The pricing I received was competitive compared to other options I considered. The check-in was also very straightforward and focused on getting my car in, which ultimately led to the work being completed within a reasonable and expected timeframe.

I usually buy my tires at Walmart or Discount Tire. Never again. This time, they were both overpriced and unprofessional. I drive for a living and need two or more sets per year.

Ken R and his team were super helpful and friendly. I have been taking my car to Louisville Tire for years because of tire pressure issues that they could never figure out. Ken and his team saw me quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. On top of that, they didn't charge me! Louisville Tire just lost a customer and Big O just gained a customer.
