The service guys were polite, the work was done in a timely manner. They did a thorough inspection and gave suggestions of what should be taken care of in the current year. The price is right. I buy my tires here and I have all my servicing done here. Highly recommend.

Adam is amazing. Super personable and honest. I would highly recommend friends and family because of him. One sales associate tried to make it difficult because it would inconvenience him, but Adam jumped in and made it happen. He is awesome!

I had battery starting difficulty (battery jumped) and battery was under warranty. called about bringing vehicle in,told to come anytime, given information times best for quicker service. Brought vehicle in, got battery replacement paying only install labor amount. Service reps efficient and pleasant. Waiiting area very nice with tv and coffee service. Have used this Big O store for most services on this vehicle for years. Always pleased with work done. It is evident service managers and technitions all enjoy their jobs.

Easy to schedule and they fixed my tire very quickly. I was told it would take 30-45 minutes and I was out in 20!

I called at 4pm and asked if I could get in that day. They said, come on in. I had a nail and a slow leak in my tire. The repair was done for free and in about 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier. Crew was personable.
