Troy & the team at Big O are always welcoming, and helpful. Most of the time, they know your name as you walk into the store! They continue to provide honest service; not like others where they want to make a buck every time you need simple service.

Ray and his staff are excellent people to work with. The knowledge of the type of tires I require for my truck was clearly explained. I have driven my truck on dry and wet pavement and on the highway and am 100% satisfied with the handling with the new tires. Excellent!

I am extremely happy with the mechanics and the service at this Big O Tire. Troy explained everything thoroughly and when I had questions about some minor other details - he said they would be checked out. I have bought tires here and have had my tires rotated every other oil change. They are always honest with me, do not over charge , nor do they 'push' unneeded repairs on to me. I will go nowhere else but here. Troy and the mechanics are knowledgeable and look into any concerns you may have with your car.

Probably can not rate store on cleanliness accurately because it had snowed and it was pretty sloppy anywhere one might go, everything else I can give 5's no problem.
