Ray and his staff are excellent people to work with. The knowledge of the type of tires I require for my truck was clearly explained. I have driven my truck on dry and wet pavement and on the highway and am 100% satisfied with the handling with the new tires. Excellent!

I am extremely happy with the mechanics and the service at this Big O Tire. Troy explained everything thoroughly and when I had questions about some minor other details - he said they would be checked out. I have bought tires here and have had my tires rotated every other oil change. They are always honest with me, do not over charge , nor do they 'push' unneeded repairs on to me. I will go nowhere else but here. Troy and the mechanics are knowledgeable and look into any concerns you may have with your car.

They helped me find the best tires for my car, and didn't even judge me when I could only afford two tires instead of four. My experience was great. I was in early, and they took me in right away. The waiting area was clean and everyone was willing to answer my questions.

I had a nail in my tire which I discovered late in the day . Called and was told to come in and they would get me in . Fixed my tire for no charged and got me out the door . Troy and staff are always awesome to work with and perform the work timely. I have 6 cars and I only use BigO for my wheel and tire purchases.
