Great experience this time. This location had almost lost my business. If not for the new crew, changes that have been made in appearance and attitude, I would have purchased new tires elsewhere. Today I got a flat tire and was worried about the other three going flat in the near in the future. I called and Joe said he was able to get me in today. I have been here about half hour and Joe has already ordered my tires and they are on their way to the shop! As long as I live in Colorado Springs, I will ALWAYS deal with Joe.
