Always friendly service and quick. They listen to their customers, and go above and beyond. They don't try to sell you goods or services you don't need.

Great group of people, the associate Rob was a great example on how to care and treat your customers/ military. The whole team was able to help tremendously with info and assistance.

I brought in my vehicle for 4 snow tires. Got a really great price on a tire with deep tread and in spite of the store being extremely busy on Saturday, had the car ready in a reasonable amount time. Had called ahead to get a quote so when we arrived, they knew what we were looking for. Brought out the two tires we wanted to look at shortly after we walked in and also checked us out very quickly.

They were unable to do the service required, but were honest and said they couldn't. The only problem we had already paid for the service and we had to wait almost 60 days for a complete refund. However, the staff was very cooperative and worked with us to get that refund.

Wife had a flat, I went in first thing in the morning and they repaired the tire fast with friendly personal. They also put the spair back in the vehicle where it belonged.

I've always had a good experience at this location and with the techs. I have 3 vehicles and only bring them to that location for all my vehicle needs. The staff is always more than will to help me.

I took my care in Wednesday Morning for an appointment at 0800 and even with the additional work I requested I got a call at 1000 to let me know my Van was ready.

Jake very friendly, knowledgeable, always professional. I have been to 3 BIG O shops in town. This one is cleanest, nicest crew! Even the bathroom is tidy, unlike most auto shops.

We'd like to provide feedback on Dylan McDuffee, Asst Mgr who coordinated excellent service on my Honda Accord recently. We had a streak of 5 issues with our car over several month and Dylan took great care of us, resolving each issue. It's great to have a person you can trust with your car who provides good service and fair pricing.

Jake got me in quickly even without an appointment. Got tires rotated, balanced & brakes inspected (thanks for coupon!) in under 1 hour.
