Big O Tires

I use Big O in Fountain on a regular basis. Their time estimates are always fairly conservative and the prices are fair.

What a jem and just found by chance due to them being one of three places near me to have the tire I needed. No hassle ordering, receiving, or getting my service done. They guys inside new their stuff and I left with the warm and fuzzy's that things were done right. Thanks guys!

This is the best place to take your vehicle for just bout anything .All the guys at this store no there stuff and if they don't they will flat out tell you so your time is not wasted and you will never feel ripped off.I have dealt with bad service before but never here sometimes as a customer you just have to be a little patient cause things do happen,but here they will always take care of you and make sure you are happy.On occasion I have to so my appreciation by buying the guys a box of donuts.Thanks For all you do!!!

They went out of their way to ensure I had what I needed. And even let me come back the next day to complete payment on a job they performed on my sons' car! I ALWAYS use this Big O Tires location for every car in the family. And I always will! Great bunch of guys!!!

Big O has once again come through on with their great service. My wife's car had a slow-leaking tire, so we took it right away to Big O. They not only repaired the tire but did a rotation for us within an hour, all free as part of their service agreement that comes with our purchase of tires from them. The service is always speedy, well done and I'm never made to feel like a back-of-the-line customer when I go in for follow-up services like this. I will continue to be a Big O customer for our next tire purchase.

Zak is great! Very professional, Always helpful, friendly, goes the extra mile. You don't see that much any more. Also the mechanics always do a good job, I've never had an issue with any with any work done to any of my vehicles.

I would say mainly it was the professionalism of the staff and the great selection.

The staff is always friendly and do an excellent job with my Honda.

I was able to walk and ask for price on something I need and got the quote right away. I was will to wait until the weekend when I would had more time but they were able to get me in that day and same me time overall.

We never go anywhere else unless they are honest and tell us they are unable to do what we need.

I always have brought my cars and families cars and our cars are taken care of. Everything is explained so we understand and if there was a major issue it was brought to my attention right away. Been coming here since 2002
